Globalement satisfait, prix compétitifs.
Pros:

Petite cuisine (mais peu d'ustensiles).
Prix compétitifs.
Bien situé mais résidence située en Flandres alors que le campus universitaire est 100% francophone. Les programmes tv sont majoritairement néerlandophone et les postes français sont bizarrement inaccessibles.
Delhaize juste à côté.

Cons:

Cuisine mais pas de mug, pas d'éponge, moins que le minimum. Isolation entre chambres moyenne.
Pas évident de trouver la résidence et la personne de l'accueil n'est pas toujours présente. Problème si heure d'arrivée non spécifiée.

Surrounded by green woods, nice entrance with downstairs piano and play room.

Cons:

On a hot day in spring i arrived in a room with no temperature control (the temperature piece seemed missing) and only hot air being released into the room. The windows were locked (6th floor), so no possibility to air. This made it impossible to get a good night's rest - which is the principal reason for booking. I notified the reception who took note but when I came back later, the room was still as hot as before.

Also, any sign of hospitality was missing, like a bottle of water or some (preferably organic) tea bags for the kitchenette. When you arrive late, you don't have time to go buy stuff before you have to leave again the next morning.
