lo amplia de la habitación

Cons:

lo poco practica de la cocina, no habia donde dejar los platos despues de lavarlos, eramos 2 personas, solo tomamos desayuno y me parecio muy poco las cosas que tenian desponibles, tambien la cantidad de cafe para la cantidad de dias no fue proporcional, y detallar que se pueden solicitar capsulas de cafe por 1 euro extra, pero parece un poco tacaño por parte de la empresa considerando el precio del alojamiento

Pros:

Stanza molto spaziosa. Struttura carina con supermercato integrato e bar dove è possibile fare colazione. C'è anche una zona svago. E' in una zona periferica ma alla fine per arrivare alla metro è una passeggiata piacevole di 10 minuti in una zona piena di verde.

Cons:

sarebbe gradità un pò di pulizia in più nella stanza

Slittati in altro hotel ma OTTIMO
Pros:

Anche se non abbiamo soggiornato da Roxi ma in Hotel one Brussels è stata comunque una buona esperienza.
Il personale di roxi ci ha dato la brutta notizia ma subito ha trovato per noi la soluzione in un hotel ottimo e di ottima posizione.

Cons:

Hotel il overbooking e siamo state trasferite in un altro

Espaciosa pero lejos del centro
Pros:

La habitación es bastante espaciosa y con muchos servicios. Tienes un pequeño espacio de cocina con nevara, hornillas y cocina y en la parte de abajo del edificio hay un supermercado. El personal es muy amable y siempre esta dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons:

Considero que si quieres visitar el centro de la ciudad, el hotel no tiene la mejor ubicación. Las habitaciones se sienten un poco descuidadas.

Disappointed.
Pros:

Large bedroom, comfy bed.

Cons:

My AC was not working. A lamp was broken, hanging on the wall. I was travelling with friends and we all something that was not ok in our rooms: one found a dead bug in the bed, the other had no electricity, the other one it was too cold in her room. There are definitely some improvements to be made, especially for this price.

far from the center, not great cleanliness, lack of customer support
Cons:

I sent them a message a week before my stay, asking to move the booking. no answer. I sent them a message telling them my time of arrival, no answer. the day before they asked me this information.

I did not receive info on check in. when I was there, there was a poster saying you should have received a link to check in and open the main door. While I was there, the receptionist started messaging me, and although I sent a picture of the door, they did not open the door for me (they were on the other side), but asked me if I wanted the link.

There was a long back hair on the sink, and a couple on the floor
