Ok, but not well maintained
Pros:

The location close to UCLouvain was perfect. The room was spacy enough and the kitchen had most things you need... though just one cup in a room for two.

Cons:

The room and especially the bathroom were quite dirty (dust on floor and shelves, heavy limescale in the shower and sink). Only a single window could be opened a tiny bit and only in one way as it was partially broken.
The toilet lit was broken. I had problems connecting to the wifi on my smartphone (laptop without a problem).
Reception was mostly quite nice but unfortunately not very helpful.

Pros:

Personeel was vriendelijk en supermarkt beneden erg handig.

Cons:

Ik vond het niet schoon. Kamer zag er een beetje verouderd uit, een lamp hing los van de muur. Ik vond een kapje van een scheermes in de douchecabine en een haar op de toilet.

A lovely place to stay
Pros:

You had everything you needed in your room. It looked like a hostel but didn’t feel like one! The rooms looked exactly like the pictures.

Cons:

The oldies struggled using their phones for access. So arriving late meant they managed to get stuck in the lift! Only briefly! The next morning we got key cards for them. All was good.

Ruime en rustige kamer, prima bed, maar schoonmaak kan beter
Pros:

Ruime kamer, leuk ingericht. Gratis parkeren in het weekend. Bedden waren goed en het was stil in het gebouw.

Cons:

De schoonmaak viel ons tegen (stof, vingerafdrukken, vlekken op de stoelen, kalkaanslag). Het raam (voor wat frisse lucht) kan slechts heel beperkt open.
