My stay was very good; I was there for a course, and the hotel was right next door—it’s in a great location.

They had a pack and play available for us which was helpful

Cons:

The other guests were loud and crowded the entry. They were obnoxious and had no concern of other guests. No fault of the staff though.

Pros:

Breakfast was okay. Was so busy that it was hard for the workers to keep up with the food. The juice dispenser was not working so that was a little upsetting.

bath room was showing its age paint runs where painters had runs on the walls and cocking needs cleaning in bathrooms not the cleanish i have seen

Comfortable and pleasant stay
Pros:

Comfortable bed and spacious room. 24hr Free coffee dispensers in reception area. Walkable distance to stores.

Cons:

Unenthusiastic receptionist. I wanted to find out about cost of taxi to airport and she wasn't being helpful. After I expressed my disappointment that she wasn't offering to find out for me, she said she'd check with the manager. I said I'd check back in at Reception when I return from my day out to find out about the taxi. Later that evening I asked a different receptionist the same question and she was most helpful.
