Gosto da limpeza e tamanho do quarto

Cons:

O café é muito ruim, poucas frutas e de baixa qualidade, não tem frios, não tem variedade de iogurte, não tem ovos mexidos, tomate, milho etc, poucos tipos de pão... enfim não condiz com o preço e a categoria do hotel.

Wow!! Experience
Pros:

This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had during my many stays as a frequent traveler. My recent business conference at Hilton exceeded expectations in every way.

A special shout-out to Sadie at the front desk for her exceptional service, professionalism, and attentiveness to our conference needs. She ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I’d also like to recognize Sunny and Leanne from Sales, Melissa the General Manager, and Shantel from Housekeeping. Each of them demonstrated outstanding hospitality and went above and beyond to make our event a success.

What truly created a lasting “wow” experience was their thoughtful surprise for one of our attendees who was celebrating his birthday during the conference. The hotel team arranged a cake with his name beautifully inscribed and surprised him — and all of us — by coming in and singing Happy Birthday. That level of care and personal attention speaks volumes about their commitment to guest experience.

I truly appreciate the entire team’s effort and look forward to future visits at this location.

Pros:

I was here for a work training and the room we used was great, had a big smart screen, and was kept clean. Had the option to partake in breakfast as well. Sadie at the front desk helped us with making extra copies we needed and stayed friendly and welcoming the entire time. Would highly recommend.

Work conference comfort
Pros:

It was a comfortable room, with a decent size. The bathroom was spacious and warm. Sadi the employee was phenomenonal and made me feel very welcome.

The location is okay. Lots of shopping options and decent food selection nearby. Its just on a busy highway.

My only real gripe is that the shower didn't get hot enough. I have no idea how a hotel solves that, so don't give this much weight.

The staff here is truly amazing and accommodating. I want to give a shout out to Sadie for her remarkable work, always with a smile on her face very accommodating. I stayed in room 225 and very clean very comfortable.
