The location was within walking distance to everything. Nice room, great staff, really enjoyed our stay.

Poor Hotel with good Location.
Pros:

Great location, thats about it. Carpets in hallways are old and dirty , they should at least vacuum them. Elevator needs to be cleaned. Breakfast area was loaded with ants and choices were not as good as some other Hamptons. Room was fair hair in bathroom and rugs needed to be cleaned. Laundry room was out of order. Workers smoke outside next to elevator and it smells. Front desk staff was friendly, the rest of the staff not friendly at all.

It was an enjoyable experience, perfect location, breakfast and great access to the river
Pros:

The location is central very close to the downtown area and provides direct access to the river. Everything was is walking distance and yet it was far away enough to not be disturbed by the traffic in town.

Cons:

My keycard didn’t work to open the back gate and I found it strange that you need a keycard to go out but not to come in from the river.

We took our dog for a Fido-Friendly overnight so he could learn to ride the elevator because we’ll be moving to a condo

Pros:

Hotel is very run down . The rooms are large and the bathroom was nice however the carpet smelled . The kitchen had a sink and a small refrigerator. The cabinets were empty. No plates , silverware or glass ware . Not what we expected at all

Pros:

Just check out from blue ridge hilton, their breakfast is better. Location is good.

Cons:

Need a little renovation, add more hook in the bathroom. Designate rooms for guest with animals.
