Best place we have stayed at in Helen. We did previously stay at the Unicoi Lodge previously.
Pros:

Advertised full breakfast, and that's exactly what it was. I also liked there was coffee in the lobby. The room was excellent. More than enough room and the amenities were better than what i though they would be.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like. Well maybe the wait for the elevator, seemed a little slow. But it was just inspected so I guess that would be about all and that the ice machine on the 2nd floor was out and I had to go to the 3rd floor.

Loved the hotel .
Pros:

Hotel room is very good. The sofa bed is little uncomfortable but it’s ok. Rest all are good. Location is great. Walkable to main st and attractions of downtown.

Great location but needs cleaning
Pros:

Staff was wonderful and location was great. Rims were large.

Cons:

Room was dirty. Bed was very soft and uncomfortable same with pull out bed in couch.

Pros:

Very close location to downtown, pet friendly, nice outdoor area, rooms & bathrooms were clean, staff was super nice, breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was wonderful.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. Leslke at check in was kind offered suggestion for places to eat amd see the waterfalls ect. Beds were comfortable.

Beware of DIRTY Hampton Inn
Pros:

The staff was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and helpful.
THIS HOTEL IS DIRTY! Don’t let the name Hampton Inn fool you. Our room smelled musty, the corners were very dirty. The bathtub was amazingly filthy. It was a jacuzzi tub. There were other peoples hair in the tub and on the walls. The tub also had red mold or mildew in the jets and around the entire tub.

We also had a fireplace that was dirty. We could hardly see any flames through the glass.

The mattress was not what we have come to expect for a Hampton Inn.

However, the balcony was clean and comfortable and we spent most of our time there.

Again, the staff was perfect!
