Pros:

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The hotel appears to be old and outdated. There were patched up holes in the door and split wood frames. The location is off the highway view but you have to drive all the way around to enter the parking lot but the road and the parking lot looks like a construction site so if there wasnt a car pulling out I would have not known thats how to turn into the parking lot.

Comfy beds, Wonderful Breakfast
Pros:

Bed was super comfy. Best sleep I've had in a long time. Breakfast was really good too.

Cons:

Carpet in our room on third floor was stained and the bathroom was old and outdated.

Pros:

Do not stay at this hotel. The overpowering smell of “air freshener” was awful. The smell in the room was nauseating. Breakfast area was gross.

Disappointing stay. Dated hotel; mediocre service.
Pros:

The location was good - less than a half hour from Mammoth Cave.

Cons:

We booked two rooms. In our first room, the TV remote was missing. We got a replacement but it didn't work. The clerk offered to move us to another room but we were exhausted from driving all day so we stayed without a working TV. There were only a couple of tissues so we ended up having to get a refill for that. In the other room where the rest of the family stayed, there was damage to the bathroom door, the room was not clean (garbage on the floor), and it was missing a towel. The breakfast was mediocre at best - no bananas (only out of season apples), no hot cereal, etc.

Pool was small, we mainly booked with this location since it was the only hotel in the area with an indoor pool. Unfortunately every other family had the same idea.. pool was small and very packed!
I do wish there was more seating in the breakfast area. There were no available tables so we took our breakfast back to our room.

The individual fesh brewed coffee machine was nice. The breakfast wasn't bad.

Cons:

The whole facility didnt feel clean. It had an unclean smell as soon as we walked in. The carpets were very dirty. I expected more from this chain.

Pros:

hugely disappointed! I asked for an upper floor got a middle floor. I asked for a quiet place. I got it a couple doors down from the elevator not quiet at all! every single day they ran out of things at breakfast Breakfast was a repeat two days in a row and was mediocre. I asked for housekeeping to be done. They never came in and did our rooms or beds. I would not stay here again.

Gentleman working the front desk when we arrived around 10:30pm was wonderful! Coffee and breakfast options were great.

Cons:

Property was dirty, floor in room has clearly not been cleaned. Bedding was clean. Shower and sink showed lots of build up. You can tell they have put newer furniture and such in the rooms so it appears to be recently refreshed but the building itself is in need of upkeep.
