Overall, decent stay. It had pros and cons. Wasn’t worth the price though.
Pros:

It was a good location. Close to all the attractions I visited for. The pool and breakfast were great.

Cons:

It was dirty inside the room. There was hair in the bathroom on the floors, counter, and shower. The water pressure was atrocious, took an extra 15 minutes of shower time because it took so long to wash shampoo/conditioner out. The floor in my room definitely wasn’t vacuumed, even saw a stray contact lens when I was putting on my shoes (I don’t wear contacts).

Nice hotel but didn’t sleep well.
Pros:

Value, location, breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Room nice, spacious and clean.

Cons:

Pool closed at 8:00. A/C was very noisy. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Pool also had too much chlorine. Smell burned my nose and throat. Very cloudy.

Good hotel with great location
Pros:

Location is excellent! Close to highway and Kentucky Down Under., The beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options for hot and cold items. Very cool coffee machine and pancake maker!

Cons:

Not a deal breaker by any means, but the bathrooms were definitely old and a bit worn down, and the pool's water was quite murky.

Worst Holiday Inn we’ve ever stayed in. Will not be back.
Pros:

Convenience from freeway

Cons:

Dirty, worn, and smelled like mildew. Bed was horrible, towels worn out and thin.

Close to the caves

Cons:

There was a very strong mold/mildew scent throughout the whole building and it didn’t seem very clean. The carpets in the room were very dirty.

We had a conference in Bonneville and the hotel was handy to commute.

Pros:

Beds were comfy, quiet room to be on the parking lot side and 1st floor. Fairly close to all the attractions we came to see. My grandson, who's 8, had no complaints.

Cons:

We stayed in room 105, I wasn't fond of the shower head. We made due of it once we figured it out. (Odd, I know) and no blow dryer. My mistake bc I didn't catch it, or I'd brought my own.

Great place for a great price!
Pros:

Easy check-in and the pool.

Cons:

The bathroom toilet was loose and wobbly. The small lamps by the bed had some black spots on the shades. I'm not sure what it was but it was unpleasant.

Two words …NEVER AGAIN
Pros:

Location wasn’t to far from area we were going to …construction going on so was hard to get into

Cons:

Room was dirty sheets looked as if someone had peed in bed there was hair and dirt on sheets when we pulled back blankets shampoo dispenser was broken …went to front desk she gave me sheets to change bed and said all the dispensers were broken…I almost left but I was exhausted but not happy
