Staff was wonderful. John, the manager was very professional, pleasant and accommodating.
Toilet did not flush properly, needed a maintenance call. Breakfast meat did not have non pork alternative. Turkey sausage or turkey bacon wouldn’t have been nice.
We were able to bring our dogs with us
They were under construction so there was heavy noise on the 4th of July.

Bed is firmer than my preference. Elevator temporarily out
The floor was not very clean, any repairs done were obvious and did not look good. Examples: the shared door between rooms didnt close flush with the frame, there was a weak spot in the wall in the bathroom). There was also very little decor, the room felt empty.
The first day our room was not cleaned (although we requested it to be cleaned daily) and we were not given any towels, we did not receive any additional hangers (although they were requested), there was a cockroach in our room and there was no hot water for two days. We checked out a day early and no one apologized, no manager came out to say something.
