I was very shocked at how big the room was. The bed was so extremely comfortable also. I don't know if it was because my wife and I were exhausted from a music festival but that bed was bliss

I liked how easy it was to give my room to someone who paid for a late checkout despite my reservation being in the system
The fact I had to find an available hotel on a festival weekend despite having the reservation for a year
lobby was under construction. no hot breakfast due to the construction
The remodeling was a bit of a mess and I look forward to the breakfast it was always fresh and hot .. but I’m glad to see a place I stay often being upgraded
The staff was nice but didn’t give any credit for what was wrong with the room
Room 501- the door lock did NOT work.
The bathroom door did NOT shut. The trim in the bathroom was not finished.
The water did not get hot.
The one outlet in the bathroom did not work.
There was no overhead light in the room.
The power went off the first morning and there was NO emergency lighting in the room. The power was off for 4.5 hours.
The coffee in the lobby was like warm. The flies were all over the apples that were sitting out because the construction had the doors open.
It stated a hot breakfast was included in the stay which was in the price.. the property was renovating the first floor so no hot breakfast. Instead a paper bag with a very ripe banana or an apple and a juice was provided if u wanted

It’s not really nothing around it to do
We have stayed here in the past and love it! The location is amazing. The staff, especially Justin at the front desk are so sweet, patient, and greet you with a smile. Everything is always great! We love the breakfast options, warm cookies in the evening, nice cool rooms, amazing water pressure, and all the accomodations.
I will say that our mattress was VERY firm which was definitely similar to sleeping on a rock…a nice clean and cool rock, but still, a rock. Also, there is a very very strong air freshener in the lobby that keeps things smelling fresh but if you spend any time in there for relaxing, eating, or visiting it is overwhelming.
Breakfast was great,with waffles Eggs Meat and all the Trimmings.TheRoom was clean and the Bed comfy Very friendly Staff. Loved the Pool too.
We had really no complaints but I rathet had a shower then a tub because of my leg it was hard to get in it. We would go back again.
Couldn't rest because they are remodeling hotel if I've known that would not stayed there it was horrible I rate at a 1 for poor communication to customer

Staff was wonderful. John, the manager was very professional, pleasant and accommodating.
Toilet did not flush properly, needed a maintenance call. Breakfast meat did not have non pork alternative. Turkey sausage or turkey bacon wouldn’t have been nice.
We were able to bring our dogs with us
They were under construction so there was heavy noise on the 4th of July.
