The staff was very accommodating especially star she was amazing
The property was great! The staff was AMAZING!!! Literally the BEST I’ve ever stayed in! Went above and beyond to make sure our entire group was taken care of!
They welcomed all of us with open arms & told us we hope to see you again when we leave!
Nothing! It was great!!
Best staff at hotel I ever
As it was only a one night stay, the facility met my expectations. Hampton Inns are my go to lodging for short stays. I was very satisfied with this facility.
The room could have used some simple repairs.. leaky and loose kitchen faucet, toilet paper holder was broken but appeared clean. The pool was sparkly clean and well maintained and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.
This is a perfectly fine hotel - the room and breakfast were good, and the staff was friendly. But their pet fee was $75 for a one-night stay!! We travel with our dog a lot, and I have never paid a pet fee that high anywhere else before. It is reason enough that I will stay somewhere else the next time I travel through Erie.
We spent a night at this Hampton Inn. Based on the reviews, we asked for a room facing the parking lot vs. the highway.
Our room was quiet and clean. The towels were on the thin side but have found this to be true of Hampton Inns in general.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the better ones we've had at a Hampton Inn. It was well-stocked, clean, neat, presented well, and spread out over multiple areas to prevent crowding. The attendant checked on things frequently and had a smile and greeting for all. They also had these delicious little lemon poppyseed scones (which I highly recommend!)
We'll definitely stay here again when we pass through Erie.
Note: the hotel is visible from the highway, but our GPS got confused once we got off the highway and onto Peach Street. You need to turn onto the road right next to the Country Fair and follow it back to the hotel.
We are traveling with a disabled person. When booking the hotel we requested accommodations, I called the hotel to verify before checking in and was told our two rooms are on two separate floors and they are unable to change them. I explained we have a disabled person and rooms on different floors are not something that would work for us and they still refused to change the roomsafter several requests. We will never stay at another Hampton Inn or Hilton again.
Comfortable, clean spacious room. Very personable staff. Would definitely recommend this property to travelers.
My purpose was to attend a Christian concert at a church that was only .2 mile down the street. I felt safe walking back at 10 pm. Unfortunately the highway is close so the noise bothers me, but I am one who won’t have the tv on and likes silence. However, I would stay here again.
Good reception
Breakfast was very good.
Room was very clean and our dog was welcomed.
We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and each time had a great experience. Nice hotel and staff; convenient, safe area; room was very clean, shower had great water presssure, good breakfast. Kathy at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful; Becky (dining attendant) worked hard to feed a large group on a commercial tour bus, and also a college group there for a tournament, plus the rest of the guest staying there!
Very nice property. Clean, spacious rooms and plenty f amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in this area. Only slight issue we encountered was the elevators were a bit too small. With our luggage carrier and one of us in a wheelchair, it was quie crammed.
The employees were all very nice. The public areas were clean and looked nice. The rooms were clean, but need some updating.
The breakfast was fine. No problems at all. We even grabbed bagels to go.
