Hello is there a Jefferson in the house?
Pros:

You'd think for the high price of an over night stay you could get a decent cup of coffee or some hot water in the lobby. That was not my experience. And when I stated this as a complaint instead of an apology I got a rude "attitude" from Jefferson, the overnight desk clerk. I can't tell you what Jefferson looks like. Jefferson was missing in action during the 20 or 30 minutes I was taking luggage to my car and waiting to check out on the morning of 5/27/2026.

It was a great place to refresh ourselves after hours of driving. An oasis.
Pros:

Amazing pool. Grandkids loved it. Great breakfast! Grandkids loved that, too. Especially the mini waffles; the person running the breakfast kept everything refreshed. She even colored boiled eggs for Easter on the breakfast buffet. Staff was upbeat and helpful. Rooms comfortable, and clean.

Cons:

We liked everything. Chose to stay there on our return trip as well.

The property was great! The staff was AMAZING!!! Literally the BEST I’ve ever stayed in! Went above and beyond to make sure our entire group was taken care of!
They welcomed all of us with open arms & told us we hope to see you again when we leave!
