There when we needed them!
Pros:

We got there in the middle of a giant snowstorm. The staff were extremely nice, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice even though no supplies could get there.

Horrible for me and my family i traveled with my wife my 9yr old daughter and 15mth old son absolute
Pros:

Yea they canceled my reservation then switched the reservation and gave me 2 double beds instead of 2 queen beds and were rude about it i also checked out a day before

Cons:

Everything there attitude the way we were treated

My stay was okay .I stayed in a lot of Hampton inn but nothing like this
Pros:

The location where the breakfast was fine and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

What ididn't like was i was sitting at the breakfast table and we can see the front desk and we saw the front desk lady yelling at a costumer. We thought that was unprofessional and she kept yelling loudly at the man as he's walking out the door. I don't know it was about but she should not have yelled at him that way.

Found this hotel randomly. Hotel is extremely clean. Very comfortable. Felt almost like home

I believe I requested a double bed, but when I got there, I was given a king bed.

Awesome!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful…especially Cheryl from housekeeping. We ended up staying an extra day cause of a snowstorm and she made everything special for our extra day. Thank you so much for everything!

Pros:

The hotel was nearby to local hospital. It was exceptionally quiet-we did not hear nearby rooms or anyone in the hallway. The room was a good size. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean & staff was very friendly
