We liked the cleanliness, updated look and comfort. The bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. This was the first time I've encountered a bathroom sink that was situated in a way that was comfortable to use.
The shower head was situated very high. To adjust it meant standing on the tub which was dangerous. The setting the showered was set at was not conducive to a comfortable, effective shower.
Very clean, good breakfast
They don’t match prices with Booking com. The lady who checked us in seemed to get a little perturbed that I used a 3rd party to book.
Stayed in Room 109 - Mattress Ned’s to be replaced
Rooms were not cleaned on Sat and came back to No Towels
Easy check-in. The location was OK, but was toward the back of the hotel "district" and seemed somewhat isolated, so worried a bit about our car being broken in to. No problems, however.
I appreciated the listing of nearby restaurants that the front desk provided. We were able to order pizza and have it delivered to our room. Nice convenience at the end of a 13 hour drive.
This isn't the hotel's fault, but the TV stations were scrambled. Selecting ABC, you got NBC. So if you wanted to watch something specific, you had to just keep trying stations. Again, not the hotel's fault, but a little frustrating.
The location was good. Close to the things we needed to do. The staff was nice. The property was clean

No issues we have stayed here before and it was as expected. Easy check in and comfortable room. Pet area was maintained.
Pet fee is becoming OUTRAGEOUS!
First visit Wed night, wife had booked for me prev day. This stay I had no reservation, unsure if I'd stay there again as it was about $40 too high Wed before. Cliff at desk knew me by name and found a more appropriate room for me, saving me $35 bucks. As before, breakfast (extremely important to me) was very good with fresh fruits, cereals & fun options. Very clean. Room twice the size needed.
Possibly offer a one-page map of conveniences in the area (restaurants, grocery, Walmart, etc). All were very close.
I would love a stand alone shower with no tub.
