Clean, fun pool area, great rooms!
Pros:

Loved the pool area, the room, the cleanliness, the vibe of the lobby was great as well. Love the availability of coffee/tea/hot water.

Cons:

The only thing I would request is to have an additional chair in the room, so that two people can sit down and not always have to sit on the bed. There is a chair with the desk, but only one person can sit there.

We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again.
Pros:

Well appointed room, lovely breakfast and very friendly staff who made us feel very welcomed. An awesome shower with great water pressure. The front desk worker was even making some color sheets for the children in the breakfast area.. The room darkening shades were very appreciated as well.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t as comfy as I had hoped for. Pillows were not to my liking because one was too flat but two was too much for neck comfort.

Loved the time spent here
Pros:

Love the warmth it brings when our family go up every December. The free complimentary breakfast is great and we love the indoor pool. Big reason why we stay here.

Convenience. Well located. Pleasant staff. Nice cold work out room. Pool was empty and very nice.

Room was very clean and new but disappointing furniture and lighting.
Pros:

facility was new and very clean. Except for backing to freeway it was a good location in the town

Cons:

The room was very poorly lighted. Would suggest one or more additional fixtures and use of Led Bulbs (not very dim florescent). Also almost half the room was void of any furniture and need either 2 comfortable chairs or a small Love seat. This seating should have a light bright enough to allow reading.

We were charged $331 for a room in the basement. Our view was that of a brick wall. We were sub ba

The location was good but the food was cold. I had the Mountain sausage, potatoes and cheese omlett all COLD. They had a microwave but it did not work. I ate a cold breakfast that was supposed to be hot.

Cons:

if you advertise a hot breakfast make sure it is hot. If you have a microwave make sure you have directions posted so you can get hit food.

The coloring pages and crayons for children during breakfast was an amazing idea. The pool temperature was fantastic so warm that you could stay in it for a long time without getting chilled.

Home Sweet Home aside from the Lush
Pros:

I always love staying here. Feels like home and staff is always nice. But they do need to reinforce the non alcohol in the facilities... especially in the pool area and gum area. There were families taking up the hot tub and pool area drinking alcohol in their cups and children around not being supervised. My daughter felt uncomfortable around the families drinking.

Disappointing
Pros:

How quite it was and not near a train track ,staff was amazing and it was nice being on the first floor,hot shower and enough towels. And close food next door in walking distance.

Cons:

The bed was super uncomfortable needs to be upgraded and the spa was disappointing it was super cold as for the pool was a little warm.and the lighting in the was not the best
