Apathetic staff. Day front desk employee was more interested in helping self to hotel breakfast rather than helping guests at the desk. Check in time is a suggested time not an actual check in time per hotel manager, arrived on time for check in time room was not ready for almost an hour. However when I arrived earlier around 130pm ish to see about early check in the day shift desk employee said I could check in early for an additional $50. How was the room going to be ready at 130pm for early check in but wasn’t ready for 3pm check in? None of it make any sense really, very confusing. I understand it was a busy weekend but it seemed like the hotel was understaffed and not enough staff to maintain property. Housekeeping staff were very pleasant but seemed understaffed and overwhelmed. Pool area with no towels, requested more but never brought any. Attempted to get from desk and told to go back to pool to wait for them to be stocked but it never happened in a timely manner. Just overall poor experience with this stay.

The hotel had no noise insulation. It feels like you are sleping under a bridge next to the freeway. I could not sleep at all, we stayed there for maybe 3 hours trying to ignore it and sleep through it but it was no use. When I tried to talk to the stuff about it they just told me that there was nothing they could do, so no refund. That all hotels near a freeway are that noise, which i know as a fact is not true! Very dissapointing
It was clean, well maintained and staff was very pleasant! Even in room next to elevator it was quiet!

The facility was clean, rooms were clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was very convenient for our needs. Parking lot was clean and and easy to access the hotel.
More options for breakfast. The food did taste good. The dining room was clean but tight.

The breakfast & the pool were highlights for our granddaughter! Loved the suite!
Breakfast was good. I forgot my trunks so I couldn't use the pool or hot tub (sauna), but it looked very nice. Overall, the facility and staff were very nice.
No direct tv or dish, only streaming services. The mattress was not that comfortable, but it wasn't horrible. The bottom of the bathroom door, room 314 had some very bad water damage. It didn't affect the door's function, it was just unsightly.
