Well equipped kitchen, renovated rooms, location, bus stop nearby
Relatively inexpensive hotel with leaking windows and overcrowded breakfast. Our room 423 had leaking windows. We asked for another room but they said there is no free rooms at the moment. We stayed in a wet room with towels absorbing the rain water. In the breakfast room it was many many people, not enough seating places, fruits disappear quickly, bananas looked overripe. Our room was cleaned once during our stay and all dirty towels were taken out, but no new towels delivered so we had to ask.

L'hôtel est situé juste devant l'attraction White Water Walk et de la ligne verte du transport Wego. La piscine, la terrasse et le gymnase sont bien équipés. Bon service courtois. Déjeuner inclus, la nourriture variée et abondante.
Stationnement payant dispendieux. Le canapé-lit peu confortable. Le manque de literie, l'insonorisation de la porte est très moyenne. Le train de Via Rail passe proche mais pas fréquemment.
That at least someone was able to listen to us and was trying to help us. The only person who was concerned and thought of helping us out - Arathy. Rest each hotel staff acted like it wasnt their monkey.
Very poor air conditioning, no houskeeping, no handsoaps, no towel changes, dripping water in our room
Ausreichend groß und gute Ausstattung. Bequeme Betten. Der Indoor-Pool kam aufgrund Regenwetters am 1. Tag genau richtig.
Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut und pustet direkt auf eins der Betten. Das Zimmer hat unangenehm gerochen.
I had a great stay at a hotel in Niagara Falls, ON. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent with a good variety of options. Overall, a wonderful experience—I would definitely stay here again!
A bit far from the Falls.

1. Friendly staff at the reception.
2. Comfortable beds.
3. Adjustable air conditioner.
4. There was enough space in the parking lot.
5. Conveniently located sockets.
6. WEGA bus stop near the hotel.
I can't name anything like that. I would like more choice of products for breakfast, but I just don't eat much of what is offered.

Size of television, kitchen amenities.
Location of room(asked to be moved) not accommodate. Children planning in hall outside door ( alerted staff, acted like it wasn't a issue) bed to low, handicapped room 108. Room was never cleaned or stocked with needed towels until going to front desk to pick up daily, even had to request a roll of toilet tissue. Parking lot had groups of people sitting in chairs blocking through traffic. Breakfast was cold and not really good !

Just the location, we go in 1 car and we have different things we do, I shop and he plays poker lol, so it helps to stay where one of us can walk to our destination - but we still LOVED the Hotel.
