Noisy sheets
Pros:

Facilities clean and modern

Cons:

The linens on the bed makes a lot of noise when you are under the covers. Similar to the sound of news paper or dried leaves. Waking us up every time one of us move or pull the covers. I've never experienced this before. Very annoying

for the overall charge, i would have booked at one of the Marriotts next o the falls….
Pros:

The better question would be what I did not like…. Being assigned to a room adjacent to the hotel laundry area where the staff thought that their right to engage in personal video chats to friends on the internet were of higher priority than the peace and quiet of the paying customer…. I am referencing actions taken by staff between the hours of 1030 and 1100 PM…. I could hear their conversation through the wall…. After talking with the reception and gaining a room change, I made a video of the experience of walking the same hall way and your could still hear the same employee from five room down the hallway for the hotel laundry.. And it only got louder as you got closer.. I was going to just let it go until i was hit with a surprise charge for vehicle parking the next morning.. At that point, i asked what the hotel was going to do to compensate me for the aggravation of having to move the evening before.. I was literally asked how long I occupied the room where the problem was encountered, as though that was the major point of concern.. Let me be clear that i hold a rather high loyalty level with this hotel brand.. I am beyond irrtated with this hotel…

Disappointing but adequate.
Pros:

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The breakfast bar was kept stocked and clean. Front desk staff were friendly amd pleasant.

Cons:

There was a noticeable lack of basic products. There was 1 face cloth in a room that sleeps 4. There was no dish soap or towel in the kitchen and when we asked for them we were given a bar of hand soap and told to use paper towel. There is a sign in the bathroom asking guests to hand up towels, but no towel bar. One of the drawers in the closet was broken. We were told housekeeping would come after the second night but they didn't. Eventually someone banged on the door about 4 pm to ask if we needed anything. As we were already back in our room, we just asked if the garbage could be emptied.

Pros:

Meilleur hotel, nous avons pris une suite pour 1 semaine et rien à redire, on peut meme emprunter certains équipements pour cuisiner (mélangeur, cuiseur à riz etc.) Le personnel eat vraiment gentil et attentif à nos besoins, le déjeuner est parfait et varié

Pros:

Except the location , everything else was good

Cons:

I did not like the location. The hotel is too far from the fall and all the attractions. It’s definitely not walking distance.
All the surfaces in the room smell like sour and musty. I think the maid didn’t use the clean towel she cleaned with the same dirty towel.

We had a wonderful stay.
Pros:

It was clean, well appointed in the rooms. We were a group of 10, so we really appreciated the use of the breakfast room to gather and bring our own food. The outside patio was another great space to visit.

Cons:

Breakfast the first morning, a disappointment as most everything (hot) was cold. Second morning much better. It would have been nice to have hot coffee/ water, milk, cream available during the day/evening hours as we gathered in the breakfast room. Fridge was locked and receptionist could not get into the kitchen to refresh the coffee or hot water.

Breakfast is fine and location wise is good. Place is quiet and did heard noise and sleep like a baby. So we woke up late! Hahahha

No sauna or hot tub.

Pros:

I booked the wrong month. The hotel was full. We were not able to stay. We had to leave. I then tried to cancel this reservation since it was still a month away. Never got a confirmation from booking.com. I had to pay more than double the price elsewhere and pay for this hotel as well. A very expensive trip.
