A great value for money stay to see the Falls
Pros:

Breakfast was simple but staff were very good at keeping everything stocked up and accommodating special requests e.g. gluten free bread, hot milk for porridge.
Location was brilliant as WEGO bus stops were right outside the hotel.

Cons:

Pool looked a bit cloudy.
Eggs at breakfast always overcooked.

Lacrosse team almost ruined my stay...
Pros:

The location was not in the heart of Niagara Falls downtown which made it a nice and quiet location to stay at.

Cons:

There were guests there that were being very belligerent as they were in the common area(bbq area). They were drinking, swearing at people and being obnoxiously loud.
Also during breakfast, these very same guests were being loud, rude and making comments to other guests about lining up for breakfast. Who did they think they were, they were not employees of this establishment and there were no signs stating "line starts here..."

Jederzeit wieder.
Pros:

Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang in einem großzügig und gepflegtem Hotel. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel besitzt einen sehr grossen Parkplatz, Laundry und Trockner (Zahlung mit Visa), gutes Frühstück und ist nur wenige Meter vom „Wirlpool“ oberhalb des Wasserfalls gelegen. Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar.

Pros:

價格合理，房間舒適，有免費早餐，雖然很簡易但附近沒有什麼吃的還算貼心

Cons:

2樓走廊消毒水味有點嚇人，因為泳池在2樓，但關上門不會聞到。早餐餐具是一次性的紙碗紙杯，很驚訝沒有落實環保，可能是暫時性的？

Solid property
Pros:

Nicely renovated and clean. Included breakfast in morning was great. Pool, fitness and outside lounge facilities were great. Located a bit away from the action, but WEGO bus stop is just outside and is a great solution to getting around without a car. VIA/GO station is also very close. Only things I'll note is that if the hotel offers 24/7 coffee (which it does), it should also offer milk and cream (24/7), not just at breakfast. It's a bit of a funny gesture to offer free coffee all day without milk and cream. Also the walls are paper thin, you can hear full conversations from the room next door (not ideal).
