Comfortable Stay with Amazing Service
Pros:

I had a great stay at a hotel in Niagara Falls, ON. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent with a good variety of options. Overall, a wonderful experience—I would definitely stay here again!

A bit far from the Falls.

I also liked that everything was clear with the calculations. No surprises with additional payments
Pros:

I’ll be shortly:
1. Friendly staff at the reception.
2. Comfortable beds.
3. Adjustable air conditioner.
4. There was enough space in the parking lot.
5. Conveniently located sockets.
6. WEGA bus stop near the hotel.

Cons:

I can't name anything like that. I would like more choice of products for breakfast, but I just don't eat much of what is offered.

For what we paid we expected a better experience.
Pros:

Size of television, kitchen amenities.

Cons:

Location of room(asked to be moved) not accommodate. Children planning in hall outside door ( alerted staff, acted like it wasn't a issue) bed to low, handicapped room 108. Room was never cleaned or stocked with needed towels until going to front desk to pick up daily, even had to request a roll of toilet tissue. Parking lot had groups of people sitting in chairs blocking through traffic. Breakfast was cold and not really good !

Awesome!!
Pros:

Very clean.
Great breakfast
very comfortable bed
lovely pool
Super friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Just the location, we go in 1 car and we have different things we do, I shop and he plays poker lol, so it helps to stay where one of us can walk to our destination - but we still LOVED the Hotel.

Welcoming staff but hotel disappoints
Pros:

This hotel was a disappointment. Highlights: free parking, easy access to River Road, breakfast provided and welcoming staff. Disappointments: The walls were very thin - we could hear the conversation, tv, and movement of our "next door" neighbors. We had a suite with a separate bedroom and we couldn't reach into the whole closet because of the way it was positioned next to the bedside table. There was a safe which was impossible to completely open because it hit the door of the closet. The bathroom had been cleaned, but the floor was still dirty. There are many choices in Niagara Falls, I would choose another place in the future.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and polite.
Breakfast in the morning was prepared well and the dining room was enjoyable to sit and eat. I like the new renovations especially the gym and the pool. Great for families with kids. 8 minutes drive from the falls but well worth the stay.

Cons:

The washrooms could be a little bigger but it works.
