Not the best.
Pros:

The staff was nice and trying to make accommodations.

Cons:

The property was under construction. No paint on the walls and no light fixtures. The first room I stayed in didn’t have hot water. They moved me to another room and the microwave didn’t work.

It was dirty.. I mean the carpet was sticky and gummy.. they had cut out papers on the door with the room numbers on it..My remote didn’t work in my room.. The guy on the night shift didn’t give a damn.. He looked in one drawer for batteries.. There was none.. He didn’t try to accommodate us or nothing..The lady on the day shift found me another remote the day of checkout.. At least she did keep looking until she found an extra one. We stood at the desk 30 mins trying to check in because nobody was there.. The attendant was across the road at another location he claimed..Just not a good hotel for the area.. Then they had the nerve to have a Hilton sign on the desk.. I don’t recommend this hotel AT ALL!

Rooms were clean. Did not get extra sheets ir blanket for the foldout bed. I needed 2 beds, got a king with a sofa bed.

Pros:

Complely run down.l hotel. Not what we were expecting from Marriott. Not clean and not an 8.6 rated excellent. Stay away until rennovated.

Pros:

Noisy motorcycles outside until 3 in the morning. Numbers on clock and thermostat were unreadable. Fan wouldn't stay on so room was hot.

Pros:

The hotel lobby area was nice but the room was very moldy and smelled of it. The room need a complete renovation. It’s terrible. I slept in my clothes and didn’t even get in the shower. I will never stay there again. Also the deposit was $100 for 1 night!!

Room was not in it's best condition and room smelled like humidity. pillows were paper thin.

Pros:

We had to be moved rooms because the first one smelled stongly of mold and there were cockroaches. The second room we were moved to was dirty as well (sticky floors and dirty toilets), and although not as strong, it still smelled of mold.

They were under renovation and the room we got smelled really bad.
The staff was very understanding and helpful, they offered us a next room but it ended up worse than the 1st one.

So they transferred me and my family to one of their sister property next door at Homewood Suites by Hilton Willowbrook and it was great.

If they were not under renovation, the hotel itself is great and my family and I would have stayed. I would still recommend this property to anyone and the staff are wonderful, they went above and beyond to accommodate us in the best way they could.
