Villa Victoria Pirámides

Vi havde det bedste stay hos xx i slutningen af marts 2026. Vi havde booket over booking.com og været i kontakt inden ankomst via WhatsApp, hvor de svarede hurtigt på alle de spørgsmål vi havde.

Da vores fly var forsinket i ankomst, kom vi sent ud til hotellet men vi blev taget stadig godt imod, indlogeret på vores værelser og fik tilbudt mad og drikke.

Vi havde et stykke tid i forvejen skrevet til dem og spurgt og de kunne hjælpe med at booke en luftballontur over pyramiderne og de sørgede for at booke alt det vi skulle bruge og vi kunne nemt betale depositum direkte til dem over et betalingslink vi fik tilsendt.

Da vi skulle tidligt afsted til luftballonen om morgenen kørte de os hen til stedet og sørgede for at vi blev checket ind og betalt resten af prisen. De sørgede for at vi kunne sidde ved er bord og vente og og hentede morgenmad til os.

Inden turen fotograferede de os forskellige steder og sikrede at vi kom op med en af de første balloner. Det tog de også billeder af og forklarede os alt det vi skulle vide.

Da turen var færdig kom de og hentede os igen og serverede stort morgenbord til os da vi var tilbage på hotellet. Derefter kørte de os ud til pyramiderne og fortalte hvilken vej der var bedst at gå rundt. Da vi var færdige skrev vi blot til dem på WhatsApp og de kom og hentede os igen.

Vi havde problemer med at hæve kontanter, så de kørte os ind til en hæveautomat i byen og ventede på os, selvom der var en lang kø i banken.

Vi spiste meget lækkert mexicansk frokost hos dem og smagte en masse god mad. Der var en rar og afslappet atmosfære og alle på stedet var meget søde og hjælpsomme.

Vi havde inden ankomst aftalt med dem at de kunne køre os alle 8 til Puebla, og det var en rigtig fin tur og til en god pris.

Alt var helt i orden og priserne var meget fair, og de lagde ud for det vi ikke kunne betale andre steder fordi vi ikke havde kontanter, og så afregnede vi bare det hele til sidst og betalte med visakort.

Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und konnten sogar ein wenig englisch, sie haben sich wirklich sehr bemüht und uns sogar einen kleinen Tisch mit stühlen auf die Terasse gebracht

The view from the balcony

I was there for seven days to visit the Teotihuacan Pyramid complex. This lovely boutique hotel was very close to the site. My room was on the top floor which opened out onto a massive terrace where you could not only see the pyramids but also the stunning hot air balloon display that hovered over the site each morning. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The owners Victoria and Federico were more than accommodating, often checking in on me. I was a solo female traveler and they made sure I was well cared for. They provided transport to and from the airport, along with the pyramid site daily, and suggestions on places to dine and visit in the area. Victoria also makes the most delicious cup of Mexican Coffee, make sure to try some when you’re there.

The amazing customer service. When in need of a ride or activities or even accommodations they are absolutely amazing helpful and kind hard working people! They really make you feel at home also amazing food!!! Common areas are so amazing for relaxing!

A lovely family run guesthouse that was very handy for our early morning trip in a hot air balloon. Very kindly let us use the beautiful roof terrace after check out as we had a later flight.

Lovely place, amazing view from the terrace and rooftop (really really really amazing!!!), free tea and coffee. If you decide to pay additionally for the breakfast it’s filling and delicious! Bed is truly comfortable and you can watch YouTube and Netflix on tv. Short walk from the Piramides (closest entry - number 4). Very kind and helpful staff! Really, the lady of the house was waiting for me even though I came quite late and offered o call a taxi for me so that I don’t walk in the dark (and I don’t speak Spanish)

We arrived very late but were warmly welcomed by the owners. Initially, we booked a basic room but were shown all the available options upon arrival. Given that we were only staying for a few hours and needed to wake up at 5 am for a scheduled hot air balloon ride, we decided to upgrade to a mid-range room. The owner noticed how much we loved the premium room with its terrace and views of both the Sun and Moon pyramids. Seeing how exhausted we were, they generously offered us a complimentary upgrade. The location is excellent, being very close to the pyramids and companies offering hot air balloon rides. Additionally, they provide breakfast on the premises and have guarded parking. I would highly recommend Villa Victoria to anyone seeking a relaxing and seamless experience.
