Well maintained and serviced but feeling of a cheap stay

Cons:

The air conditioner is the window type and it must is archaic and makes the loudest noise when it goes on. Every time the thermostat turns it on it makes the loudest noise I have ever heard in a hotel. Most hotels have central heating systems now.
Also, There was a water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom and had to change rooms.
The whole property smells like Lysol or some kind of disinfectant.
The room rates were also not reflective of what was offered by online broker.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was disappointing, the rooms were fine..
Pros:

The location was fine and clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was very limited. Not much to choice from and was not stocked up. Ran out of eggs for awhile one morning, ran out of milk, not much in the way of Danish or donuts and food was sometimes cold.

Overall it was good.
Pros:
