Pros:

The breakfast was good. There was a variety of food, which is key when traveling with kids. The hotel being in close proximity to a variety of restaurants and Billy Bob's Wonderland. We have attended the Billy Con for the past 3 years and we love staying in this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay!
Pros:

Ben’s were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Friendly staff. Very clean hotel! The breakfast was okay. The waffle bar was hidden around the corner. I didn’t see it until I was already full from the other breakfast foods. There needed to be a sign saying waffles this way. lol. Good coffee.

Cons:

There needed to be a sign where the waffles were. The beds were comfortable but very creaky.

Pros:

Look like remodeled since last visit ....decor very nice , staff was friendly...room was clean and looked great!

Cons:

Pricing was a little expensive, was in town for sickness of family member. Our fitted sheet on bed not proper size kept coming up off bed, husband took a bath just had hip surgery to soak ....mold under the soap dispenser on wall...everything was good...

Frustrating !

Off the road location

Reserved a room with 2 queens beds
Staff “changed” our room to bed with pull out without contact asking etc and then couldn’t accommodate my original reservation

Our stay was ok. Staff was helpful considering they seemed to be short staffed

Clean, quiet descent place to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Room was good size.

Cons:

Parking was challenging. Bathroom had issues, sink to high (short person) couldn’t bend over and wash hair in sink and low water pressure. The shower/tub was stuck in the shower mode. The commode seat was loose. Elevator had issues at times. (Stuck) Bellhop carts would only hold one persons bags at a time. (Triangle shape not good rectangular better)
