The hardest pillows I’ve ever seen. You could build a house on them (slight exaggeration). I asked if they had anything else and they didn’t. I ended up sleeping on rolled up towels. And for breakfast it was mid, and tried to walk out with a banana and was met with a finger pointing to a sign that you couldn’t take any food with you strictly prohibited. Just seemed like overkill. Location is not great next to Taco Bell but quiet enough. The front desk staff was super kind. Would probably not stay again

Very friendly and helpful staff, air conditioning works great, food is great, parking is free, rooms are always clean and housekeeping freshens them up everyday. Wonderful hotel for a great price!

This is the second time at this property on this trip and the room was better than the last time as it overlooked the the fireworks at disney which was a bonus,I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The internet was fair.

The staff was very friendly! Great location and clean, spacious room. Bonus was the self parking and free breakfast.

Location is good, breakfast was good and different options every morning, beds were pretty comfy, and every employee we came across was nice and friendly. Definitely would stay again!

We stayed here one night before heading to our Disney resort. The hotel was clean, quiet, and convenient. Many dining options are nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

I don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it isn’t a hotel that goes above and beyond but that’s not what you should expect for the price. It offers free shuttle to theme parks, free self parking, and free breakfast. So if you’re on a budget but still have high standards, this hotel is perfect for you.

I just came back again to spend the weekend here.

Very nice and professional staff. We arrived in the late afternoon and were offered cookies while checking in. The lobby and outside area were clean and our 2 qn room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping came by to offer us towels on the second day since they do not do daily cleaning. We would stay here again.

The staff was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the pool was nice. However, the Wi-Fi was slow, but if you are on vacation, that shouldn't matter too much. The complimentary breakfast was good (I enjoyed the breakfast burrito and egg bites the most). The bed was good, not the best nor the worst I have slept on at a hotel, but comfortable enough. I would definitely stay here again. A very international, intergenerational hotel! Close to everything!

Great place

Didn't have any problems using the internet. Breakfast was good, with homemade pancake maker, eggs, sausage, along with the other typical staples like cereal, muffins, toast, yogurt, etc. Very close to the Disney parks. Very reasonable price.

The hotel is fine, but I think the housekeeper could have done a better job. One of the sinks was blocked, I thought the housekeeper would notice it, but it remained the same throughout our stay.

Warm cookies and coffee 24/7. Breakfast has lots of choices.

Staff was enthusiastic and helpful. Wifi was good. Room clean. Only issue was how the entry door to the room got stuck on uneven tiles, which posed an issue in and out.
