Categories

Cleanliness
5.5
Multiple guests reported cleanliness problems: stained pillows and bedding, bathtub walls not clean, reports of mold in a room and even roaches in the gym—overall clearly below expectations.
Service
9.8
Mostly strong, with multiple mentions of excellent, professional front-desk staff (specific praise for Cedric and check-in staff). Isolated incidents of rude housekeeping/knocking were reported but appear to be exceptions.
Location
9.5
Frequently praised as convenient and near local points of interest; guests noted easy highway access and quiet nights in many rooms.
Room Quality
7.5
Mixed reports: several guests enjoyed comfortable beds and suites, but others noted stiff beds, thin walls/noise, maintenance issues (hanging bathroom vent, TV/hairdryer not working) and tub cleanliness problems.
Amenities
9
Positive mentions for the pool, spacious exercise room, and general family-friendly amenities; however there were isolated negative notes (gym roaches, tight parking).
Value for Money
8.5
Generally seen as good value (comments like “nice suite for the money”), though at least one guest complained about unexplained deposit charges and perceived money-focused policies.
Food and Beverage
9.8
Consistently positive feedback on the continental breakfast: ample choices, fresh/hot items, popular waffles and pancake flavors—one of the strongest aspects mentioned.
Overall Experience
6.8
Overall mixed: many guests had pleasant stays praising staff, location, pool and breakfast, but serious cleanliness and noise incidents (including mold and roaches reported by one guest) significantly lowered the overall experience for some.
