Great staff at check in and throughout stay. Breakfast was very good, ample choices, fully stocked, fun pancake flavors. Hot and fresh. Great location
Nothing
The bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt great! The shower was nice and warm. Great stay!
Parking was tight, but I'm sure this is a great thing for a hotel!
I liked that it had a pool and it had Continental breakfast
Nothing bad to say at all
Excellent staff. Cedric at the front desk is classy and professional. Clean room.
I have no complaints.
Worst stay! Dirty, money hungry hotel. They took away a deposit with no explanation or reason.
When I checked in, the lady in the front looked at my card and made comment that I must be “so fancy” and then purposely placed my room in the last one by the exit door. Extremely inappropriate, I am a young woman by myself, this is a safety hazard. There was constant noise from the exit door slamming and the laundry room. The gym had roaches. Unsupervised children running around facilities of all hours, screaming not letting anyone sleep. The room had MOLD everywhere. They covered the restroom walls with plastic paneling to hide this mold. The TV did not connect to live broadcast. I had to play music on my phone to drown out the noise, the walls were so thin. Please do not come to this place. I wish I could have stayed somewhere else but only had a few hours before I got on the road again and it was too late to switch to another place.
Everything
Nothing
My son said the waffles were great. I didn’t eat breakfast. The beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless and we didn’t hear one sound when going to sleep!!
Popcorn for the microwave 😊
The location was near everything that you may need.
The bathroom vent was not repaired properly upon our arrival, it was hanging from the ceiling, we reported it but no one came to repaired it.
The exercise room was spacious with lot of working equipment. The pool welcomed happy guests. Good, standard breakfast.
The king bedroom suite had a different layout than typical Hampton Inns. The sitting room and bathroom were separated from the bedroom via a doorway. Part of the sitting room contained a table with chairs as part of a dining area. We appreciated the openness and space. Then we noticed hiccups to the new bedroom design. The angle of the doorway made for a narrow passageway. The toilet was in the room with the tub/shower. The toilet paper was a very far reach from the toilet and the door had to be closed to access the tub/shower. We could not get the hairdryer to work. There was no place—hook or bar —to hang a towel. Hampton, what were you thinking?
