Hampton Inn Lacrosse/Onalaska

Courtney at the front desk did an awesome job! The first room we were given had broken beds, hair in the bed, hair on the sink, hair on the toilet & the bathroom overhead light didn’t work. Went to the front desk to see if we could get a different room. Courtney apologized & changed our room. The second room was spotless & cleaned by Lex. Great job on cleaning the room Lex! We appreciate your hard work!! Courtney set the perfect example of how to handle service recovery.

The breakfast staff was wonderful, kept the area clean and constantly refilled the food supplies.

The room staff started with trash under the table between the beds where it stayed the entire week we were there. It was never picked up. Ugh.

I stayed only one night it was very clean, and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and filling.
I had just completed a 24 hr endurance event and I looked it I just completed it when I walked in, but your staff was very helpful and nice. My room was comfortable will stay again next for same event.

Quiet and clean

We chose it for pool/hot tub. We arrived to find both were down and had been for weeks. Because we booked with Expedia they offered no refund and wouldn’t allow us to cancel the reservation. We were ripped off!

Every staff was very nice, the only thing is they should mentioned that the pool is out of service on the website.

At check-in, we were greeted by a fellow who was welcoming and friendly. He explained things to us, including hours for the free hot breakfast AND offered us a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie, which was available to guests. Lee Anne, who took care of the breakfast prep was awesome. The breakfast was a nice selection of western omelette, bacon, plus all the other items you would expect at a hotel breakfast to include cold cereal, oatmeal with several toppings, waffles, fresh, fruit, yogurt, breads, muffins, juices, and coffee. The gal at checkout was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and updated. I think the mattresses were the best we’ve slept on at hotels. Lobby was very nice with adequate room to sit and read or watch TV. We will definitely stay here again when traveling through near the LaCrosse, WI area. Highly recommend.

Very friendly

Didn't realize the hotel allowed dogs. Dog barking early sunday morning in a room. Owners apparently left the building to go to breakfast and left their dog in the room.

Excellent front desk staff. Five stars for them. Breakfast choices were good.
Hot tub was out of order.

I enjoyed the accommodations very well, room was nice, grounds were well kept. I actually left some clothes behind and realized it 2 hours later while traveling back to Georgia. I called the hotel, told them what I'd done and they gathered the stuff up and shipped it to me. Very grateful.

GM Karen is very friendly, FDRs Cia and Jessica provided good Service. The rooms are in good shape and the location is prime: restaurants and all stores all around. Guest laundry on-site and the location is quiet and safe, good stay. Will return

Great shower great room

Staff very welcoming and polite. Room very clean and spacious. Love the coffee bar open and srocked with amenities.

Clean and spacious hotel. Breakfast was good. Well lit parking lot. Walking distance to restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.

A good place, clean and well-maintained. However, there's room for improvement in terms of the somewhat dicey AC system. MOST IMPORTANT, THOUGH, IS THE NEED FOR THE BEDDING TO USE HYPO-ALLERGENIC SHEETS TO AVOID ITCHING, ETC.

It was quiet and easy to check in and out
