Check out staff Alex? Was not accommodating and lied about not giving a receipt. The lady that handled the breakfast was nice. I believe a partial refund is due because the breakfast promised was not delivered. Claimed oven was broken.

Everything was good except the loud noise on the 3rd floor.

The oven broke and in a few days they don’t serve hot breakfast plus we arrive Dec 23 until Dec 30 and we have to ask to clean the room , they did it only one time

We didn’t expect much and will try a different hotel in the area next time

Location near relatives. Clean.

Cons:

Bed linens don’t fit mattress and come off while in bed.
I asked for ONE housekeeping service. Bed was changed, they took dirty towels but left no new towels. Left no toilet paper. Coffee “tray” never was serviced and had only decaf and no sugar or cream. Very poor housekeeping.
Breakfast was OK. Convenient that it was offered.

Pros:

Easy check-in.

Cons:

The room was not swept or vacuumed. The curtain is super dirty and the room had a bad odor. The heated pool was a lie. The jets in the jacuzzi kept turning off.
