Run away from this place, cero hospitality training

Avoid this place.

No reception after 6 PM, and check-in was a disaster: missing access codes, endless calls, repeated questions we had already answered online, and over 90 minutes left waiting outside with our luggage. Even after reaching the room, the code was wrong and staff repeatedly implied the mistake was ours. Only after a long call did they realize they had provided the wrong code. Zero empathy, zero accountability, and not a single apology.

The hallway smelled strongly of food, and the room showed poor maintenance, including mold in the shower and visible damage to the ceiling.

Easily the worst hospitality experience I've had. Stay elsewhere.

Pros:

Ottima la posizione per visitare la città a piedi. L'appartamento molto bello, curato e fornito di tutto. Siamo stati benissimo. Il nostro appartamento si affacciava all'interno per cui non avevamo una bella vista, ma in compenso era molto silenzioso. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. La pulizia super.
I letti molto grandi e comodi.
Cercheremo Abba suite anche in altre città..

Pros:

Tout: l’accueil, le personnel adorable, l’emplacement , l’espace et le confort de l’appartement, son équipement , la bouteille d’eau dans le réfrigérateur , le café nespresso à disposition ….
Nous avons pu explorer Bilbao à pied. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement .

Comfortable unit in excellent location.
Pros:

The facilities, including the washing machine with drying facility, were excellent. We had a lovely terrace on 7th floor. The shower and Japanese style toilet were very good. Location was excellent, near Artxander Funicular, Guggenheim, supermarket and river promenade. Modern unit. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Only one tablet for dishwasher, insufficient for 6 day stay. When staff refreshed room halfway through, it would have been nice to replenish everything.
Also a staff member entered room without knocking while we were resting one afternoon, which startled us and made us uneasy.
Apart from this, enjoyed stay and would return..

Nice spacious apartment good loation
Pros:

Great location for us about 15 minutes walk to the Guggenheim Museum and Old Town. Clean and quiet location.

Pros:

It was quite clean, well kept and functional apartment.

Cons:

We chose this pricey apartment majorly for its parking facilities and tried to reserve a spot 1 week prior to our arrival, but it turns out they had limited places, so we had to park in another expensive, very narrow parking garage.
We stayed for 3 days and in total were given only a total of 4 capsules of coffee. When we asked for renewal, we were told that we would only be given 4 more capsules on every 5th day of our stay. The 5th day rule included house keeping and towel changes too.
We stayed even in the tinniest, simplest B&Bs all around Europe and never had a ratio for coffee or towel if it was included in the amenities.
The apartment itself is comfy and practical but can’t say the same thing about how it’s managed with these prices.

Muy bonito y con lo imprescindible en cuanto a vajilla y electrodomésticos muy completo. El personal muy amable

El inodoro inteligente, no funcionaba bien, totalmente inservible en la función bidé. Y el hecho de no advertirte antes, tan solo unos días antes en lo que no daba buscar otra alternativa de que la mascota no se podía dejar sola en la habitación, fuimos por un bautizo, y nos destrozó la ceremonia el tener que estar fuera con la mascota, si lo llego a saber antes hubiera buscado una alternativa. Y el hecho de que por las tardes no hubiera nadie en recepción, la forma de hacer el check line, una castaña, el link no funcionaba y al final por teléfono por no haber nadie en recepción, tener que mandar los DNI un incordio

Pros:

Very clean, comfortable apartment in a very good neighborhood. Easy to reach all the important objectives in Bilbao. The fact that a parking spot can be reserved is also a plus. Indeed, it is expensive but aligned with the big cities in Spain.
