Que no hay ascensor para acceder a la planta 2
Boa localização. Estacionamento na parte frontal do Hotel. Excelentes condições, quarto e limpeza impecáveis. Bom pequeno almoço. Rececionistas muito queridas e atenciosas. Voltaremos em breve!
Podem colocar mais espreguiçadeiras ☺️
Existem poucas, e ainda por cima há pessoas que deixam as toalhas em cima "a reservá-las" logo cedo, depois vão ao seu pequeno almoço , vão e voltam quando querem, vão almoçar, mesmo que passem horas e não tiram as toalhas. Não achei certo sinceramente, ainda mais para famílias que tenham crianças e fiquem sem conforto. Mas a culpa não é do Hotel, é do civismo e empatia de alguns hóspedes.
O hotel é muito bonito, o quarto é bom. O sistema de banho tambem é muito bom.
Ar condicionado ligeiramente alto demais, passei um pouco de frio. Tinha coisas no chão do quarto. Tendo em conta o preço pago o almoço foi muito fraquinho. Achei que o lago dava mau cheiro e aspeto ao hotel. Não tem secador nos quartos
Clean bright luxurious
The entrance to reception wasn’t super obvious and I ended up walking way more than needed. Even then, it’s a long way to reception and then to our rooms with all our luggage, and no elevator. My husband hated that the shower head had no overhead mount and it had to be handheld.
