Nice clean rooms with breakfast.. I liked it

The rooms are not in good condition, and the food quality is poor. The restaurant has an unpleasant smell, making the dining experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the shower water pressure is extremely low.

Room No 127 , As of date 18th July 2026. We had a very good stay. Mr.Aathi & Mr. Akas. From housekeeping team did an excellent job and were very helpful, well mannered appreciate their dedication. The hotel offers great hospitality and is highly suitable for families. All the staff members were polite and, respectful, and well behaved. We truly appreciate their excellent service and would happily recommend this hotel to others. The location is very convenient, as it is close to the airport. The atmosphere is pleasant and the noise levels are minimal, making it a peaceful place to stay. By Narayana perumal

Had a wonderful stay at Tamil Nadu Rockfort, Trichy. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable experience. The rooms were neat, the service was prompt, and the overall hospitality made us feel truly welcomed.

A special appreciation to the reception team for their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help throughout our stay. They made the check-in and check-out process seamless and were always available with a smile.

Special thanks to Balaji, Kindusan and Aparna for doing an exceptional job at the reception. Your dedication and excellent customer service made our stay even more memorable.

The front office staff and service staff are friendly staffs especially Kindushan Balaji Evan

Rooms were not up to the mark but staffs were good and food was tasty kindly upgrade the standard as per the cost

In Trichy centrally located govt hotel reasonable charges.
If you want to book a Taxi for local temple visit better book Red Taxi on hourly basis or full day also the cheapest and best Ac card and courteous driver. They don't demand anything extra everything is transparent and as per meter charges.

Me and my wife stayed in this property from 30th May 26 to 5th June 26.
Great location and very friendly front desk staff Mrs Rohini Ms Aparna, M/s. Mathi, Balaji, Kindusan, Nallathambi and Gunaseelan. Kudos to the front desk staff.
The room itself is spacious and had a nice view and housekeeping staff Mr. Powel was polite and met our requirements and he knows guests requirement. A word of appreciation for him.
A good place to stay, but there are a few areas for improvement.
While the food itself was quite good, our experience was completely ruined by the hostile service. The wait staff was incredibly dismissive, ignored our requests. When asked politely the Managers Mr. Ashraf and Thirupathi became defensive rather than helpful. Good food cannot make up for such unprofessional and rude behavior. Management seriously needs to retrain their staff on basic customer service.
