Great value for money for lovely comfortable short stay
Pros:

Easy access, easy check in, lovely rooms with all that you need for a short stay. Very comfortable bed and lovely shower

Cons:

Car park was full when we checked in so we had to squeeze into a tiny dark spot where I was concerned about my car.

Great value for money and location; Bonus with great rate and recently upgraded.
Pros:

The rooms were recently refurbished and in excellent condition.
The location is fantastic and walking distance to restaurants, other pubs and the beach.
It is a working class pub but the entrance to the accommodation is off a side door so you dont have to walk throught the bar if you are a bit timid.

Cons:

The TV is the room was a bit problematic - but not a real complaint as I just flicked it on the background noise and when it didn't work I didn't care - a good thing probably! Room are upstairs and there is no lift so not suitable for everyone.

perfect overnight stay, clean room, and private bathroom is just what you need after a long day travelling. staff were very helpful and friendly. locations is close to bars and restaurants. highly recommended

The location of the Exeter was perfect for us. Close to Semaphore and Port Adelaide. With plenty of free parking. The staff were great and a free drink made the stay even better.
