Pros:

קודם כל מיקום מושלם! שירות מדהים!
החדרים נקיים, נעימים ומאובזרים עם כל מה שצריך וגם שהיינו צריכים מעבר לזה הצוות דאג לזה!
מהרגע שהגענו עד הרגע שעזבנו לא היה חסר לנו דבר.
תכננו להישאר שני לילות ובסוף נשארנו ארבעה.

Amazing stay, would definitely return!
Pros:

Beautiful property, so centrally located! Staff were lovely, loved the bar area upon arrival as well as the welcome drink was a lovely touch.

Cons:

Only downside (and it is minor...) was that I arrived early and couldn't check in early, again not the property's fault, they obviously are very popular!

Hotel in posizione centrale, con staff gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno fatto anche l'upgrade facendoci stare in una camera più grande. Bella la ristrutturazione con il mix di materiali rustici e moderni. Colazione buona anche se non molto assortita

Barely scratched the surface of what this Old Italian City has to discover, I'll be back.
Pros:

Florence is a wonderful city.. wish I had more time to explore>

The ongoing construction/renovation happening close by, started at 7am until about 4pm.

Pros:

Location was outstanding. Restaurant was closed for refurbishment so cannot comment.
Room was good size, very cool vibe with the decor.
