Otelin dizaynı, merkezi oluşu, odaların dizaynı ve temizlik

Cons:

Otelin iki bölümü var. Biri resimlerde lobisi gözüken ana bölüm, diğeri ise diğer sokakta lobisi olmayan daha çok airbnb tarzı bir bina. Bize diğer binada oda ayırdıklarını söylediler. Ana binaya dönmek için extra ödeyip upgrade yapmak zorunda kaldım. İkincisi otelin suçu değil ama floransada beklemediğim birşey ; gece sarhoş olup sokakta bağıran insanlar. Otel çok merkezi olduğu için maruz kalıyorsunuz

Wonderful Hotel, Perfect Location, Fantastic Staff!
Pros:

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Calimala and couldn’t have asked for more.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff were absolutely fantastic and welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout. Alessia, Andrea and Gemma at the front desk were brilliant, always on hand with advice and assistance, but a very special thank you must go to Aziz, the porter. His warm and charming manner made us feel like family from day one and really added something special to our stay.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the rooftop bar is simply unforgettable, with a fantastic atmosphere and views to match. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Florence and within easy walking distance of all the main landmarks, which made exploring the city effortless.

As for Florence itself, what a place! It somehow manages to feel both like a world-class historic city and a close, welcoming town at the same time. It truly oozes history, culture, and warmth. A definite must visit.

Thank you again to everyone at Hotel Calimala for making our trip so memorable.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in!
Pros:

Just did a two day trip to Florence with my cousin! This hotel had a great location, very central to everything we had been wanting to see! The room was absolutely stunning and very clean. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming! My only wish is that we could have stayed longer.

Было большой удачей остановиться в этом отеле.
Pros:

Месторасположение отеля лучше быть не может, очень удобно и комфортно, отличное состояние отеля, чисто, уютно и красиво. Отдельно про террасу и завтраки, это делает отель вообще исключительным.

A localização é ótima e o ambiente do hotel é muito bem decorado. O pessoal da recepção é muito educado, com destaque para o Angelo e o Bruno.

Cons:

Ter que sair na rua e trocar de prédio para tomar o café é um ponto negativo e tbm acredito que as opções no café poderiam ser mais variadas, considerando o nível do hotel.

Above and beyond service in Florence.
Pros:

I want to give a special thank you to the team at Hotel Calimala for making our stay in Florence so memorable. Everyone we encountered was incredibly attentive and well-trained.

Alessia went above and beyond—she helped us book tickets for the Duomo and organized a same-day trip to Venice, plus gave fantastic recommendations for shopping and local food spots. Her efforts truly made our trip seamless and special.

Angelo welcomed us at check-in and pointed us toward some wonderful restaurants that ended up being highlights of our stay.

And a big thank you to Antonino, who on our very last day helped us move to a bigger room when we had an issue with our door. He handled it quickly and with a great attitude. Also, super great location only minutes away from everything (shopping, restaurants, main sites, pharmacy, etc) and no need to cab anywhere except to the airport.

The entire team showed genuine care for their guests, and their level of service is something other hotels should learn from. Grazie mille to all of you!
