Above and beyond service in Florence.
Pros:

I want to give a special thank you to the team at Hotel Calimala for making our stay in Florence so memorable. Everyone we encountered was incredibly attentive and well-trained.

Alessia went above and beyond—she helped us book tickets for the Duomo and organized a same-day trip to Venice, plus gave fantastic recommendations for shopping and local food spots. Her efforts truly made our trip seamless and special.

Angelo welcomed us at check-in and pointed us toward some wonderful restaurants that ended up being highlights of our stay.

And a big thank you to Antonino, who on our very last day helped us move to a bigger room when we had an issue with our door. He handled it quickly and with a great attitude. Also, super great location only minutes away from everything (shopping, restaurants, main sites, pharmacy, etc) and no need to cab anywhere except to the airport.

The entire team showed genuine care for their guests, and their level of service is something other hotels should learn from. Grazie mille to all of you!

Stylish Hotel in a Perfect Location
Pros:

Fabulous hotel in a convenient central location! The hotel and room design style were done with great taste with all the modern amenities and comfort in mind! Well done! The staff were very friendly and were the perfect host to an amazing city and country! The breakfast buffet was also well executed! Thank You!

The best hotel!!
Pros:

This hotel experience was amazing from start to finish! Great location! The pictures online don't even do it justice. It's absolutely gorgeous but best of all is the hospitality and service!! Would definitely stay there again!

Great staff. Noisy street
Pros:

We were so tired we slept through the easter processions and all the bells but if you are a light sleeper you wont like the situation here. Otherwise everyone at the hotel was kind and attentive and made our stay very pleasant.

Beautiful stay in Firenze
Pros:

Great hotel with stunning rooms. Staff is attentive and kind. My favorite hotel in Florence. Right in the heart of downtown, seconds away from Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Repubblica. The hotel has a great restaurant in its east location across the street (not even an 30 second walk) and a fun lobby bar in the west location. Their restaurant might have the best rooftop in the Firenze with a 360 view of the city. Love the details this location adds with the velvet/suede chairs and couches. The tile in the bathroom is lovely. This was our second stay Dec 25 and April 26. Value for what you pay is good. We will be back.
