EVERYTHINH..THE STAFF ON ALL DEPARTMENTS WERE EXCELLENT..KIND ALL WERE HAPPY.
Nothing
It was convenient, clean and very well kept
Little space for conversations. Small lobby area. Only one chair per room
We love staying there! Always clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly
It was a bit more expensive than some of the other Hampton’s we stay at.
Great location, easy to get in and out of
Ha
The hotel room was absolutely disgusting. blood on the mattress protector, stains on the couch, nothing was wiped down or vacuumed. There was an entire pile of trail mix, filled with chocolate and raisins sitting next to the bed! Not pet friendly!

Staff were amazing, the location was great, and the room was very comfortable.
Everything was amazing! The room was clean and cold love it! Bed was cozy no bugs!!!! The pool room was warm and water was clean and cool which was great! Hot breakfast was delicious! We will be back! This was the perfect room for my husband and I 19th anniversary so we can take our trip to The wilds!
The only thing is they really need to get the elevator looked at. It was clean and worked but made a loud scary noise so a couple of times we just took the stairs.
Longtime Hilton Honor Member. I only stay at Hilton brand hotels. The staff here is freaking atrocious. Meagan, Tiffany or Tiffani, Cynthia (the freaking Assistant General Manager) are all petty, immature, unprofessional people who have clearly been given these positions due to lack of staffing and not qualifications. I was told one thing and then told another and then told I was expected to come into the hotel (I always book on the app to simplify things and it always ensures the right card is charged). They made piss poor attempts to justify why their stubborn/unprofessional behavior was valid, despite being presented clear information that highlighted their poor decision making and culpability. At this point, the AGM is giving me the silent treatment, evne though she could fix this, the manager is apparently available to the staff, but is "on vacation" to any wronged guests, and the front desk staff is acting like petty mean girls instead of living up to the standards they claim they hold at this hotel. Big egos for a middle-tier hotel. Martha Thomas, you are losing business because of these three women, and as someone who literally lives in the same small town you do, you should be ashamed. My parents deserved better from your staff. As someone who is in the same age bracket, I am sure your children would be disgusted and just as pissed if you and your spouse were treated like this. For potential guests, avoid this place like the plague.
breakfast was horrible. The ham was overcooked and dried out, the french toast sticks were cold and soggy. pre-made omelette was questionable and rubbery
tub needs re-glazing or replaced. The USB plugs on the nightstand and the charging pad didn't work.
Great customer service, and accommodations all around.
N/A.
I am a long time loyal Hilton Honors member and have stayed at many Hampton Inns. This one cost me 40,000 points in a small town. I don't get it. Why? It would have been over $300 if I paid.by money. Because it has a pool? Mediocre breakfast? Location? I'd rather have a shower that got hot, a towel that went around my whole body, a room that was bigger than a postage stamp, and a quiet hallway! Maybe I picked a bad weekend. Come on! This is an average, $139/night hotel. I may have to reconsider my loyalty to Hilton properties.
The breakfast was amazing! Many great choices. Very delicious.
Close to restaurants, close to where we needed to be and high way.
Was expensive for one night. Room was fine, the shower was dated. Definitely needed upgrade in the tub.
