Well maintained. Beautiful room.
Nothing!!
Pool wasn’t in use. Would have been nice to know before I booked room. That was one of the main reasons we wanted to stay. That should have been noted somewhere on the site!
Hotel was clean property was keeped up well. Not having hitel staff that speaks good English bad.
Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom! Slept so well after a long day of traveling in the car…staff was super helpful and friendly!
Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
The breakfast did not stay cooked and ready to eat. We had to ask for the cooked food, then waited till it was ready. The neighboring room had TV so loud and blasting we couldn’t sleep. At 11:00 pm we asked the desk clerk to ask them to turn it down. Finally, they lowered the volume but it was still like their TV was in our room. Not a good stay. Hotel needed a good cleaning .
the carpet in our room was disgusting. lots of stains all over it.
Checkin person was very pleasant and helpful. Clean and comfortable for a one night stay.
We had reservations for Friday Aug 15th and Saturday Aug 16th booked with Hotels.com. When we arrived to check in we were informed they didn't have our reservation for Friday night. Our itinerary showed both nights, iur bank account showed both nights, but there we were without a room at around midnight, after an 11hr drive, with my wife and my granddaughters 2 and 5 years of age.
I contacted hotels.com and was put on hold while they tried to find us another room in Jeffersonville OH. Was told it would take about 3-5 mins... an hour later the representative came back on the phone to inform me there were No other rooms available in Jeffersonville OH and that I would have to drive another 20 plus minutes to the nearest vacancy... this is part that has changed my life and business dealings with Hotels.com... I was standing in the Lobby of the Fairfield by Marriott, literally two doors down from the Hampton Inn, and had just finished booking a room for two nights... He told me that they had told him they didn't have a room, the desk manager laughed because his phone had not rung. Yes the representative was on speaker.
I will no longer use Hotels.com Nor Hampton Inns. They screwed up and did Nothing to reslove the problem, I found the room for is and our grandbabies. Yes we demanded and got our money refunded. From now on I will contact the hotels directly.
My sister and I had stayed at the Hampton earlier in 2025 and had to visit Cincinnati again August so I remembered how nice the Hampton was, so I made the reservation through Hotels.com. I really dont have anything negative to say. I'm pretty picky too.
At the time of reservation, no on stated we were not allowed to park a trailer while still attached to our vehicle. When we arrived to check in, the person at the desk came out and told us we would have to unhook the trailer if we wanted to stay there, even though their property information on Expedia stated free RV/bus/truck parking. We had no way to secure the trailer from being stolen apart from our vehicle. The staff member was extremely rude. Expedia then told me I could not get a refund even though the staff member basically told us to leave.
The hotel itself and the staff were very nice. My bed, however, was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I recently had knee surgery, and could not find one spot on the bed that didn't hit all my pressure points. I could only get an hour or two of sleep at a time, and kept waking up. It felt like I was sleeping on a slab of granite. For that reason alone I would rate my stay only "Okay."
At check out, person worked at lobby demanded to see proof of my service animal. This is a violation of ADA law. I showed him the ID and told him was in violation of the ADA law. I was cursed at and told that I was racist.
No thanks
