The Staff member when we cam in at midnight was very friendly and pleasant. And sufficant

Cons:

The parking situation it not easy to find the specific parking info on website. Pool says heated it was not. We had to pay a $50 fee to stay and suppose to get that back still haven't got reenbursed for that fee.

Some pluses and some big negatives
Pros:

The lady at the desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. The bed was pretty comfortable. We didn't use the pool, but it did look inviting. The breakfast this morning was really good and we were greeted very pleasantly by the lady preparing the food. A+ to both your women on staff.

Cons:

Our shower was very dirty. Hair all in the bottom and on the shower curtain. Found some hairs on the towels we had. It was gross!! Also, we have stayed here at least once every summer. We ho pick up our grandchildren. This is the first time I've been this disappointed and paid more this time than I ever have. Almost 250 dollars. Probably won't stop there again, hate to pay that much for a nasty room!

Outstandingly friendly people, very thoughtful, very delightful breakfast. Loved the “Go Bag” ..apple, muffin and apple.

Pros:

The breakfast did not stay cooked and ready to eat. We had to ask for the cooked food, then waited till it was ready. The neighboring room had TV so loud and blasting we couldn’t sleep. At 11:00 pm we asked the desk clerk to ask them to turn it down. Finally, they lowered the volume but it was still like their TV was in our room. Not a good stay. Hotel needed a good cleaning .
