Pros:

The staff was very pleaseant and helpful. It was nice to utilize the dining area so we could sit together. Location not close to stores if you dont have a car. The breakfast had a good selection.

Cons:

Unfortunatly things like elevator were not working right and ice machines. My cousin got stuck in elevator. There was a musty smell in rooms as well as red looked like juice spots. Our first day had a loud drilling going on next to our room for a while. Our family had 4 rooms there.

Friendly staff. My room accommodation was met by keeping my family together. Delicious breakfast. Will stay again if we come back to the area.

They now charge $11 for parking. The parking lot is considerably large to accommodate all guest included tour buses so I don't understand why this was put in place.

A reasonable stay at a pretty good price for the Alexandria area.
Pros:

Good selection of breakfast items. Really easy access to Old Towne Alexandria. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

The room #421 was a little shabby. The rug was starting to fray at the entrance to the room and had large (football)
size red stain next to the bed. The door did not close by itself, you had to push it shut to get it to latch.
Fitness room: re: Peloton bike had a seat that was jammed and not adjustable for height and the video screen did
not turn-on. One elevator was not operational. Some channels #16 and couple others had a signal problem,
even though the channels were operational on the TV in the fitness room.

Clean Hotel & Pleasant Staff
Pros:

Mimi Berke went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful! Hotel was fresh and clean. Large breakfast buffet bar with plenty of options. Comfortable bed with premium linen and plenty of towels in the bathroom. I had a great stay and will come back.
