Cons:

We were charged a fee for smoking! We do not smoke! I’ve been trying to reach the manager but was told that they would return my call. I have not heard back since my initial complaint.

The Staff and room were the best part of the stay.
Pros:

Staff was on point, even called me by name when I walked in. She was very friendly

Cons:

Ice machines didn't work, Shelves had barely any snacks, hardly anything to drink. and not the best location for convenience of food.
