Pros:

Cheerful caring staff
Pros:

Property was clean and room was spacious. Staff at check in and in morning were super friendly, welcoming and made me feel I was genuinely cared about. Breakfast was well presented, clean and lots of choices.

Cons:

The environment surrounding hotel didn’t feel safe to walk around, but hotel itself was well lit. When I arrived (8pmish) it took staff about 10 minutes to come to desk after I arrived. Fob on elevator was broken which made me wonder if anyone could walk in front door and access the full building. Room had the usual locks so I felt safe and slept well.

Pros:

This place was great. The staff was great as soon as I walked in. Got checked in quickly. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area was nice and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay. Would have enjoyed a waffle or pancake machine. Ran out of coffee mid breakfast. The view out of our window was an industrial building and gravel lot.

The price was A-mazing! And your hotel was the ONLY hotel they offered breakfast included! Rooms & amenities were great!

Loved being by an IHOP!

Cons:

Upon checking in the around 9ish! The Latina girl wasn't the happiest and most engaging person! Maybe she was having a bad day?

Even though it wasn't that far from Downtown! I wish there was more to walk to around the Hotel! Bars/ Restaurants! We live in Chicago! So, we are used to a more walkable neighborhood! Otherwise, great!

Cons:

Staff did not tell us breakfast time changes during the week. Staff could not give me any details about deposit being held and the itemized bill total included a deposit but did not list the deposit as a line item but instead added the total in to room costs giving me 2 different receipts with different prices and making the deposit more expensive because it is taxed. Was also told deposit takes 5-10 bus days to return and not the standard 1-2
