BEST HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!
Pros:

We drove to Venice from Savannah, Ga with our children for a long weekend vacation for our 15th anniversary. Everything was GREAT! I MUST really brag about the staff. It's so hard to go to public places anymore, and for people to smile genuinely and/or simply be kind. The staff here were the absolute BEST! Just very accommodating, always smiling(not the kind like they had to) they seemed genuinely happy doing what they do. Honestly, that made us feel at home. From Terri Ann, at check in, also accommodating us with a couple more pillows, to Gio bringing them up to our room. Then, you have Terri in the dining area striking up conversation with everyone, like she is welcoming you to the table in her own home. Glen in the dining area, who was constantly making sure the food was never low and beautifully displayed. To Hilda our housekeeper, who did everything with a polite good morning and a smile. Then, there's Gio. We got back late from the beach one evening, I am currently suffering with a hyperextended knee, knee brace, cane, the whole nine yards. I needed the hot tub. I knew the pool area closes at 10:00pm, this was about 9:45pm. As we were getting ready to get out, Gio comes outside, and says I'm going to let you stay until 10:30 as long as everyone can be quiet for the guests in the surrounding rooms. He didn't have to do that, but he was being so kind. I was truly grateful. Then, the next night, we came back from another day on the beach, and the parking lot was full. After driving around for a bit, my husband was going to drop me off at the door to park elsewhere further in the back. Gio comes outside, stops us, and says are you trying to find a spot? My husband said yes, Gio says I'm done working in 30 minutes, proceeds to show us where he's parked,then begins to give us his parking space which is off to the left of the front door, much closer.

Wonderful hotel and stay. I suggest keeping to pool area closed past a certain time
Pros:

Close to multiple beaches and very clean

Cons:

The ridiculous noise level from the pool area during sleep hours. I was not able to get a good nights sleep from how loud the people were and the slamming of hotel doors was ridiculous.

Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

The walls are thin, and the door is not sealed properly, so you can hear everything. In addition, we were in a room with an adjacent door, and the people next to us were so loud that we had to request for a new room after midnight.

Great location, fairly good value
Pros:

Location was actually really good, it's in between Nokomis and Venice areas so you could really explore the two locations. Easy to find, lots of parking, breakfast was good, and rooms were clean. Good value compared to the other places nearby, seemed safe, and near a walking trail.

Cons:

I will say the swimming pool was a little handy when we went.

It’s ok
Pros:

Location was good, very close to the beach. Room was ok, newly renovated the whole building.

Cons:

WiFi didn’t work, we couldn’t use it on the 3rd floor at all. Tv doesn’t have Netflix but the description has. The breakfast ends at 9.30 it’s too soon.
