Disappointed
Cons:

No hot water. Long, dark hair all over bathroom and shower. Bed uncomfortable. It felt like a piece of plywood with cheap padding pulled over it.

We compromised and didn’t make a fuss. Won’t stay there again.

A few days ahead of our stay the manager telephoned me. Told me the room we booked months ago in advance ‘was not a room the offered’. Moved us to a different room layout and specifications. Fine. When we got to the hotel I noticed the room we originally booked did exist and was next door to our new room. We didn’t complain. Just took note. These major chains see to have an issue with third party bookings.

Bardzo przestronny pokój, dobre Tv i łazienka. Naprawdę można było odpocząć po całodziennym zwiedzaniu okolicy. Czysto. Bardzo dobra pralnia super udogodnienie. Ciągły dostęp do darmowej kawy i herbaty

Cons:

Śniadania tylko ze sztucznych składników, zero warzyw, brak alternatywy dla ludzi chcących choć odrobinę zjeść zdrowo. Jedynie jajka gotowane dzień wcześniej.

Very disappointing stay was expecting a quality stay.
Cons:

I was texted during the first night to see if I needed anything and I asked for a pillow and got no reply walked down to get one after waiting 30 minutes. All the ice machines are broken except for kitchen. Left my gummy’s on the nightstand overnight and woke up to them covered in ants. Ran out of body wash in the shower because it wasn’t refilled. Wasn’t notified that it was under construction and smelled like dust and made access terrible because only one door and elevator were open for the whole building. Bought a daiquiri slushee Friday and still wouldnt freeze be Saturday. Asked the housekeeper cleaning the rooms on my floor for a garbage bag or empty laundry bag and she told me I had to go ask the front desk when she had a cart full of everything.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel.
Pros:

Wir waren insgesamt rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeitenden waren insgesamt sehr hilfbereit und schienen zufrieden mit ihrer Arbeit zu sein.

Cons:

Die Toilette verstopfte beim ersten Gebrauch bzw. es schien zeitweilig Probleme mit dem Wasserdruck zu geben. Das Hotelpersonal unterstützte uns jedoch bei der Behebung des Problems und war sehr hilfsbereit.

It was perfect.
Pros:

We chose it because it’s right next to the Legacy Trail. It was clean, the staff were all exceedingly friendly and professional, and the included breakfast buffet was better than average. It’s also walking distance to downtown old Venice. And the Christmas decorations were beautiful!

Nothing. It was great.

Room was too spacious and well planned.
The property was near the beach just 5 mins drive.
