They did not get back to me when the charging plug didn’t work.
Claimed to be a larger room which it was but the sliding door on the bathroom often opened in its own with no lock, there are tones when I like my privacy!

- Zimmer sind etwas klein, überhaupt für 2 Personen. Für eine Nacht aber okay.
- etwas unpersönlich, da kein Check-In vor Ort an der Rezeption stattfindet. Es läuft alles nur noch digital ab. Wir haben de facto keine einzige Person gesehen.

Perfect solution for an overnight break on a long train journey

Horrendous stay at this hotel,

Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly impacted the stay :
•  The window had no blind or curtain, leaving the room fully exposed. I received no instructions or notes about this until I said, and I had already had 2 nights sleep. Despite messaging the hotel, it took a very long time to get any reply. As a result, I had to sleep for two nights with bright light coming in and people looking into the rook whilst I got changed.
•  The TV was not a smart TV and only one channel was available (Comedy Central). Really frustrating.
•  There was no fridge in the room, couldn’t keep things cool , as I didn’t want to pay for the ridiculous priced breakfast at nearby hotel.
•  I could clearly hear noise from passing trains and from neighbouring rooms which made the stay really poor.
•  The room was not properly stocked with basic toiletries – there was no toilet roll when I arrived and I had to buy my own.
•  There were no mugs, no regular tea bags, and no spoons for making tea.
•  I tried calling and messaging the front desk multiple times but received no reply.
•  At checkout, I was repeatedly pestered by staff to hurry up and leave and got an annoying text to check out whilst trying to sort myself .
Additionally, the bathroom floor was extremely slippery and hard. The water from the shower spilled out onto the floor. Unfortunately, I slipped and broke the face of my iwatch as a result. I’ve had this watch a long time- 5 years and I am going back with a broken one due to this hotels incompetence.
Lastly the pillows were absolutely awful and despite having 2 they offered little comfort.
The paper cups were awful.
Please if you’re thinking do not stay at this awful hotel.
I tried contacting them about my stay. They admitted their shortcoming but did nothing to resolve it- a partial refund etc, and they are now ignoring me.
Please don’t give these crooks your money!!!
