Fine for overnight stop, aircon needs to improve.
Pros:

Spacious, plenty of storage space, tv which could theoretically play bluetooth (not with my phone, oh well). Nice chairs. single ring for cooking, & utensils, (no cutlery though). Really good coffee machine. Booked for location - overnight stop next to main station while travelling.

Cons:

The air con - no instructions, couldnt get temparature below 24C, not good enough in a heatwave. (main reason I didnt give an 'excellent', & why I am a llittle less likelly to stay again)

It was an okay stay. It was miserable at night due to room was so hot, people were too loud outside.
Pros:

Close the train.
Near coffee places and good restaurants.
Can walk to places.
Convent coffee shop next door.
Has a bar.
Staff are friendly.

Cons:

Room was too small.
No air condition.
No fan for the room.
Shower head was leaking.
No fridge to put drinks at least..
Place was loud at night

Pros:

The location was convenient a short walk from the train station

Cons:

Basics not provided, no water in the room even though it was a heatwave, there is no fridge so can’t store a cold drink, no fan or cooling, the room was 30deg, paper cups for the coffee maker, no blind on one window, only 1 towel initially provided for 2 adults. There were a few other issues which we addressed directly with the manager, these were somewhat resolved and hopefully not a normal occurrence.

lovely place just needs new plug sockets
Pros:

It was such a nice room and close to the train station

Cons:

only problem i had was that the plug sockets weren’t great for backpackers from non eu countries as i couldn’t charge my phone with them since my eu plug didn’t fit

The location saves the hotel
Pros:

The location was very close to the train station so we could walk to the property and save money on a taxi. There a Coop, Aldi and Migros right near the hotel.

Cons:

For the price we paid, we were so disappointed. The bathroom sink had bad drainage - we would brush our teeth for 2 minutes and the water would be half way up the bowl. The room was so dusty and the floors felt dirty. There’s no aircon and the pillows were useless - basically air. We folded 2 pillows on top of each other to that our heads weren’t sinking - the pillows were so airy, we were basically sleeping on the mattress. At one point we wanted to fold up the quilt and use it as a pillow.

A wonderful in winter but run away from it in summer
Pros:

I usually stay here every time I visit Zurich mostly in October or December when it’s winter But this year I had to come in June during a heatwave and it was honestly the worst stay I’ve ever had

The staff were very helpful but the hotel has no air conditioning only a ventilation system that blows hot air Imagine it being 40c outside during a heatwave and then having hot air blowing inside the room too

Cons:

The whole hotel said there was no AC only ventilation I hung a T-shirt to dry in the room and it was completely dry within two hours. It was unbearable. I had to turn the system off and sleep on the floor The hotel gave me a fan but it still wasn’t enough

Rustig hotel op goede locatie voor treinreizigers
Pros:

Hotel zeer dicht bij het station. Rustige omgeving. Goed bed, met fijne kussens. Ruime badkamer met lekkere douche. Mooi koffiezetapparaat.

Cons:

We zaten op zolder. Schuine wanden, een wat donkere kamer. Het gordijn voor het raam ontbrak. De airco was niet te regelen.

Disappointing
Pros:

Close to station

Cons:

Not as advertised. Self check in out of order. Luggage storage area not secure. Lights didn’t work properly. Shower head leaking. USB charger socket didn’t work. No one on sight to report problems to.
