Nahe Zürich HB
Bequemes Bett, sehr gute Ausstattung (Kaffeemaschine)

Cons:

Zimmer direkt neben Fahrstuhl war sehr laut, auch sonstige laute, unangenehme Geräusche im Zimmer (Klimaanlage?), generell hellhörig.
Verdunklungsvorhang hat nicht verdunkelt.

‘Bijou’ should be ‘Curious’
Pros:

Location, close to the railway station. Quiet. Clean. Fair price for a room in an expensive city.

Cons:

Pokey room at the top of a dark hotel. Lack of attention - no blind in our room, phone chargers not working. Self service check in! Really? Three of us queued to use the machine. Not difficult but cumbersome and slow.

All’albergo manca mantenimento. Peccato.
Cons:

La finestra che daba al palazzo di fronte, molto vicino, non aveva la tenda. Perciò da quel palazzo si vedeva perfettamente il letto! E con le prime chiarità del mattino già era impossibile dormire!
Nel bagno il tapo (click-clack) del lavandino non era avvitato, ma non si poteva avvitare e addirittura tardava l’acqua a scendere.
In poche parole, l’albergo è “carino” e funzionale (molto migliorata la gestione del check-in con l’informazione via whatsapp). Ma peccato che manca mantenimento! Con un poco di cura sarebbe una sistemazione ottimale.

Pros:

Camera 21 silenziosa e molto carina ben arredata, bagno con bella doccia grande e ampia scelta di prodotti per la cura della persona Molton Brown.

Cons:

Dovrebbe essere scritto in maniera più chiara che check-in e out si possono fare solo attraverso l’apposito chiosco. Non c’è una vera e propria hall con reception. E quindi in caso di necessità la comunicazione con personale addetto non è possibile. In camera 21 la macchina del caffè era rotta.
