Excelente ubicación y comodidad, con un concepto de atención totalmente digital.
Pros:

Ubicación estratégica, muy cerca de la estación principal de trenes.
La cama era muy cómoda y permitió un excelente descanso.
Los amenities y productos de baño fueron de muy buena calidad y agradables de usar.

Cons:

El hotel opera con un sistema de auto check-in mediante pantalla, por lo que no hay atención presencial durante el proceso de llegada.
No existe asistencia para el manejo del equipaje, algo que puede resultar incómodo para viajeros con maletas pesadas o familias.
La experiencia es bastante automatizada y puede sentirse impersonal para quienes prefieren una atención más tradicional.

great location, easy contactless check-in and -out, helpful staff via whatsapp

Cons:

the room could have definitely been cleaner, the bed head and little table/ desk were dusty, the coffee machine was pretty dirty (we didn't use it!) - the flaking sink countertop in the bathroom does not fit the room price and neither the whole room vibe

Gem of a hotel in a very central location.
Pros:

The location, decor and cleanliness were fantastic. I loved the little balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee. And, great toiletries.

Cons:

Only a very small point, real cups instead of paper would have been nice.

Idéal juste pour une nuit. Pas de petit-déjeuner compris, mais le bistrot du rez-de-chaussée a tout ce qu’il faut!
