The staff were friendly! The breakfast was awesome! My main dislikes were the carpet in the rooms and no communication about the shuttle upon checking in. Carpet in hotels is just gross to me. I paid fora Lyft back to the airport because they ran every hour.

Easy check in. Quiet room although the air con was noisy at night. Excellent breakfast with great variety. Nice area to walk in nearby. Gym's fancy bike inoperable and no tv control. Tiny area to work out in. Tiny pool. Bahama Breeze nearby. Easy access to highway.

EXCELLENT STAFF. Clean and comfortable. But, no tv becayse of electrical issues and maintenance had gone for the day. Staff offered us another room but we opted just to tough it out.

Worth a second stay!
Pros:

The hotel was in decent condition. Clean, functional and accessible. There were some small issues that needed to be addressed by maintenance, but were just annoying to me. The saving grace and what made the stay excellent; THE STAFF. Every single one of them were so warm, inviting and helpful. I would stay there again! Staff makes any experience wonderful or horrible, the Hampton Inn group made my stay one worth repeating.

Room was clean, but showed signs of being old. Coating on the curling was cracking and messy. The sliding barn door on the bathroom was a little wild. Not sure why they have them.
