Неплохой отель
Pros:

В отеле чисто, комната стандартного размера. Персонал очень дружелюбный.

Cons:

Завтрак средний. Отель находится далеко от центра. Самое неприятное это то, что прямо под окнами с 7.30 начинается снос здания. Из-за этого в номере весь день шумно.

Relativ nahe am Ostbahnhof, Supermärkte gleich um die Ecke, modernes Design, Zimmer angenehm, aber ohne Wasserkocher, Frühstück war okay u.a. mit Porridge

Nichts.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat uns eine vorher bestätigte Buchung einfach am späten Nachmittag des Anreisetages storniert. Wir mussten also auf dem Anreiseweg noch ein Ersatzhotel finden. Da es sich um das erste Oktoberfest Wochenende in München handelte, war es alles andere als erfreulich.

I would only recommend this hotel in summer.
Pros:

It was clean, the staff was very nice

Cons:

It was extremely cold. My room was so cold and the heating system didn’t do anything.
