Poor communication
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The pool was closed and we were not informed until we had our swimsuits on and we're headed to the pool. The room was ok.

Not the best, since the main feature that we wanted was not available.
Pros:

Breakfast was great!

Cons:

I booked this to have use of an outdoor pool, which was closed. That would not have been as bad, if we could have at least sat by the pool to enjoy the outdoors and relax after our drive. Instead we had to sit on our car to be outside. The sign at the front desk stated that there was a manager on duty, but there never was one. This is why we couldn’t even sit down outside. We were told that only a manager could open the gate to the pool area. We had a leak under our bathroom sink, reported it, and were told that we would not be charged for damage. No one came to check, nor repair.

Pros:

The rooms were clean and cozy. I slept very well. The breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

I chose this hotel for the pool amenity. I was not told before hand that the pool was not opened. My children and I were very disappointed

Pros:

the air wasnt working in our room when we checked in. Very quickly they moved us to another room! I was very pleased and thankful.

Kind, caring, and accommodating
Pros:

We had 21 people in town for a funeral and we all stayed at the Hampton. The staff were awesome. They were very accommodating to our family and gave flowers to us. They were patient and kind with the chaos of our large group. Would recommend 100%.
