Pros:

Service was great. Room clean but not comfy. Sheets were scratchy. TownPlace allowed a party outside on their patio to go on until 3:00 am. No one could sleep. Will not stay here again or recommend.

Unless you’re staying long term and need the kitchen, look somewhere else.
Pros:

The furniture was “well used” floors were nasty. Not worth the $391 to stay two nights. The evening front desk staff was very rude and non accomodating. The morning staff was very nice, including the lady working the breakfast. Breakfast was limited but ok. Coffee was good.
