2nd visit within the last 4 months
Pros:

2nd visit within the last 4 months since we enjoyed the 1st visit a lot. Rooms and spa zone (my favorite place in the hotel) are clean and well-maintained, rooms are well-maintained too with an excellent view of the mountains and forest (photos below), food is tasty, staff is very friendly and always ready to help. This time tried “signature” massage (I choose combination of bali and hot stone massages) and was very satisfied.

Everything was great! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and all the facilities were well maintained. The view from the balcony on a rainy day, with birds chirping, was especially relaxing. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and the overall experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
