Pros:

I liked mr Azer he was very helpful when my car broke he did his best to fix it. He helped to carry our luggage and was very kind. Thanks him and overall staff. Personnel was very helpfull and smiling. This was my 4th time visiting will vosit again soon in Summer. Nature and facility was very Beautiful

Cons:

Just one thing Kuku restaurant was under construction can't wait to go back and check out new look of Restaurant. This is on top of the Hotel with very beautiful sightseeing

Pros:

Здравствуйте! Путешествовала с пятилетним ребенком, очень понравился отель, сервис, еда и условия. Все вкусно, красиво, чисто и персонал очень дружелюбный и приветливый. Дочь потеряла шармик от кроксов, очень надеюсь, что найдут и сообщат нам.
Также хочу отметить невероятный вид с балкона на лес. Спасибо!

Лучший спа и санаторий!
Pros:

Безумно классный спа-центр и санаторий. Отдыхали совсем немного, отпуск был коротким, но удовольствия от отдыха получили на все 100%. Очень красивое место, новые комфортные номера, вид с террасы или балкона просто потрясающий. Ужины и обеды выше всяких похвал, отдельная благодарность повару. Русская баня, финская сауна, хамам, термальный бассейн, бассейн с разными зонами и потрясающе комфортной температурой … и все это входит в очень гуманную стоимость. В любое время с 9 до 22, раздельные бани для женщин и мужчин.. Медицинский центр с очень хорошей базой и приветливым персоналом. Вообще весь персонал безумно милый, мы просто наслаждались каждым днем! Минеральная вода просто волшебная! Парковка для автомобилей, детская зона, огромная ухоженная территория. Ребята, вы лучшие! Мы будем ездить к вам!

Мне не к чему придраться, от слова совсем! Если бы можно было поставить не 10, а 100, я бы поставила!

Alles in allem ein wunderschönes, sauberes Hotel mit tollem Service – ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen und würde jederzei
Pros:

Ich hatte einen wirklich großartigen Aufenthalt im Springs Hotel. Wir waren zwei Nächte dort mit meiner Familie und unseren zwei Kindern, und es gehört definitiv zu den besten Hotels, die ich bisher in Aserbaidschan erlebt habe.
Das Hotel war durchgehend sehr sauber und gepflegt, was uns sofort positiv aufgefallen ist. Auch das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt haben. Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr lecker und von hoher Qualität.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Spa-Bereich: Der Masseur Zaur hat hervorragende Arbeit geleistet und für echte Entspannung gesorgt. Auch im Servicebereich war Rakif sehr nett und engagiert – solche Mitarbeiter machen den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer.
Es tut mir leid, dass ich die Namen vieler weiterer Mitarbeiter vergessen habe, die uns ebenfalls sehr gut betreut haben. Alle waren ausnahmslos sehr höflich, freundlich und immer gut gelaunt. Bitte bleibt genauso

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Rezeption offenbar nicht viele Entscheidungen selbst treffen kann. Dennoch hat das den insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck kaum beeinträchtigt.
