Хочу выразить огромную благодарность всему персоналу за высокий уровень сервиса и теплое отношение к гостям. Сотрудники всегда вежливы, внимательны и готовы помочь в любой ситуации. Отдельно хочется отметить администратора на ресепшен. Любые вопросы решаются быстро и с максимальной заботой о комфорте гостей.

СПА-комплекс просто великолепен! Особая благодарность Гюнель за её доброжелательность и искреннее гостеприимство. Хамам в исполнении Васили просто превзошёл все ожидания — такого качественного и профессионального ритуала мне ещё нигде не делали. Также хочу отметить Путу и Ари за потрясающий массаж: полное расслабление, удовольствие и ощущение настоящего отдыха.

Спасибо всей команде за незабываемые впечатления! Обязательно вернусь снова и с удовольствием рекомендую это место всем, кто ценит качественный сервис и заботу о гостях.

Beautiful and relaxing hotel. Great place to unwind and distress.
Pros:

We enjoyed the spa facilities best. The staff especially Ms. Konul was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

Just a bit disappointed with some staff in the reception area when we arrived. We didn't feel welcome when we arrived, but we were thankful to the tall guy who was so kind and full of smiles.
