Pros:

Valideynlerim uçun bron etmişdim,her il burda dincelirler. Temizlik, sakitlik, hemçinin yemekleri çox beyenirler.

Only stayed 2 nights. Wish I listened to chatgpt and took advantage of medical stay packages. Maybe next time. Great val

Beautiful location, high variety of food, lots of activities and clean rooms.
Pros:

Location of the hotel was perfect, clean air and wonderful view. Breakfast and dinner were both ideal, you could eat meat, chicken, fish, salads, and high variety of desserts. Rooms were big enough and very clean!

Понравилось практически все: 1. Номер просторный с огромной террасой, чистый, удобный. 2. СПА включает бассейн, турецкий хамам и финскую сауну. 3. Питание разнообразное организовано по системе шведский стол. 4. Есть детский клуб с различными мероприятиями по расписанию. 5. Есть игровые автоматы и боулинг (но это платно).

Cons:

Нам не хватило в номере посуды (тарелки и ножа для фруктов, которые мы покупали на местном рынке). В номере нет утюга и гладильной доски- это большой минус.

Çok güzel bir tatil ve tedavi merkezi
Pros:

Personeli çok ilgili ve sıcakkanlı. Yemekleri lezzetli. Tedavi olanakları çok iyi.

Cons:

SPA merkezinde tuvaletlere ulaşmak zor. Türk hamamında sabun vb ekipmanlara ulaşım zor

I would definitely never come back and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

I have stayed at countless 5-star hotels, and this is by far the worst one I have ever experienced.

The prices are unbelievably high, while the quality is close to zero.

The room was extremely small, the food was not very tasty, and I was disappointed with the reception staff and their service.

The only thing I truly enjoyed was the massage service at the spa, which was excellent.

I would definitely never come back and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

As someone who has stayed in many 5-star hotels in Azerbaijan, I can say that this hotel definitely does not belong to this category. The room for three people was extremely small, even smaller than a standard room for two people. Unfortunately, the reception staff did not help us with this issue at all.

There were no interesting activities at the hotel, the food was below expectations, and the swimming pool was not clean.

The only positive aspects were the spa and the service in the restaurant, although this does not include the food itself.

I hope the hotel will improve in the future, especially the reception staff and the overall guest service.
