Pros:

Mooie ruime en vooral koele kamer. Ontvangst was uiterst vriendelijk en vlot. Gelijk een tafel geboekt voor het avond eten in het bijbehorende Italiaanse restaurant.
Eten was ook zeer lekker.

Cons:

Dat ik maar een nachtje kon blijven

Erg schoon en de bedden comfortabel
Het restaurant heerlijk gegeten en gedronken

Cons:

De badkamer is top alleen de douch zelf is wel aan een vernieuwing toe. Leek alsof ik door de douche vloer heen zakte

Cons:

De receptioniste bij het vertrek. Zeer ongeïnteresseerd en onvriendelijk. Tv werkte helemaal niet en een luidruchtig pompje in de gang (102)

Heerlijk, fijne sfeer, schoon, lekker eten.
Pros:

Zo fijn om na een lange rit zo vriendelijk te worden ontvangen. Het eten was heerlijk, de kamer heel schoon en netjes, fijne bedden. Dame bij het ontbijt supervriendelijk en attent. Goed begin van onze vakantie.

Cons:

Niets op aan te merken.

Leider wurde uns beim Self-Check-In der Preis für unseren Aufenthalt erneut von der Kreditkarte abgebucht - als wir am nächsten Morgen die Dame an der Rezeption darauf ansprachen, erhielten wir nur die Antwort, dass wir uns beim Chef melden sollen, sie könne da gar nichts machen…. 2 Wochen später, drei E-Mails sowie zwei Anrufe… keine Rückmeldung!
Sehr schade diese Erfahrung machen zu müssen, natürlich ist es unsere Erfahrung und die doppelte Abbuchung wäre auch nicht weiter dramatisch, wenn man anständig damit umgehen würde.
