The breakfast was excellent
The room was clean. Beautiful view to the front of the hotel. All staff personal was professional and kind from the front desk to the breakfast staff and housekeeping

Cons:

Now the things that could have been better!!!
More than 2 bath clothes for 2 people staying 3daÿ and 2 night. Also coaster in the rooms to protect the furniture

I totally enjoyed my stay
Pros:

We arrived early for check in. Our room would not be ready for an hour. The clerk at the desk looked to see if there was another room available. There was and we got to check in . The room was clean and had a walk in shower which was perfect for me since I have trouble stepping in and out of a tub.

Bitter Sweet
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We had booked becuase they had a nice looking pool on line.

Cons:

The pool closes at dusk which was around the time we got there. The pool reopens at 9am but the day we were there, the pool was being cleaned so we didn't get to use the pool at all and that was one of the main reasons we booked there.

Pros:

The room was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. We did not deal with a single person that didn’t go above and beyond. The bed was very comfortable and the room was wide open which made it easy for my granddad’s walker.

Cons:

When I booked, I booked an accessible room because I believed the showers to be walk in. My grandfather had a hip replacement last year and still isn’t the most stable. When we got into the room, we found a tub. It did have a smaller than average step but it was still frustrating to book an ADA accessible room and find a tub. There are rooms with walk in showers, but they are very limited. Luckily, we were able to make it work but it was still frustrating. Also, we asked on the first night to have the window shade fixed. It was on a button with no manual option, and despite being assured maintenance would come the next day, no one ever came. I did appreciate that the manager gave us a 10% discount for the inconvenience though.
