Just a minor gripe. I called the front desk once for clean towels and again for a couple of extra pillows since my kid was sleeping on the pull-out sofa bed. Both times I had to go to the front desk and then wait in line like I was checking in again. If you're going to make someone come get things that most hotels will deliver to your room, then perhaps have an area set aside for your guests to pick this stuff up without having to stand in line and wait.
Great location. We have family in the area and stay there when we visit.

The elevator is old and jumps when you get to your floor.
Very impressed with the choices and cleanliness of the breakfast. Rose, especially, was very friendly.
I was advised at check-in that housekeeping was only done every other day. When I arrived back my 3rd evening, nothing had been done! I had to go to the front desk and advised them to clean the bathroom and leave the rest. All housekeeping did was pick up dirty towels and leave a plastic bag of fresh towels on the counter. Rude.
Breakfast was great! A good variety of foods so that everyone had good choices to pick from. I loved how polite the staff were and how clean and roomy the rooms were.

I liked everything! The room was perfect, the bed was great (a great mattress, specifically), breakfast was absolutely delicious! It was quiet also, other than hearing other guests briefly in the hallway, it was so peaceful!
