The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We had booked becuase they had a nice looking pool on line.
The pool closes at dusk which was around the time we got there. The pool reopens at 9am but the day we were there, the pool was being cleaned so we didn't get to use the pool at all and that was one of the main reasons we booked there.

The room was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. We did not deal with a single person that didn’t go above and beyond. The bed was very comfortable and the room was wide open which made it easy for my granddad’s walker.
When I booked, I booked an accessible room because I believed the showers to be walk in. My grandfather had a hip replacement last year and still isn’t the most stable. When we got into the room, we found a tub. It did have a smaller than average step but it was still frustrating to book an ADA accessible room and find a tub. There are rooms with walk in showers, but they are very limited. Luckily, we were able to make it work but it was still frustrating. Also, we asked on the first night to have the window shade fixed. It was on a button with no manual option, and despite being assured maintenance would come the next day, no one ever came. I did appreciate that the manager gave us a 10% discount for the inconvenience though.

Hwy 74 was a half block away. Could have been quieter.
I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Monroe from Friday May 29th to June 1st. From the time I arrived, I received the best service from front desk with Lisa, Nihad, and Jennifer along with the General manager Neubia. I was treated with care and they showed that they were happy that I was there. The hotel was very clean, had hot and fresh coffee each time I went up to the coffee station. Breakfast was always hot and tasty with special thanks to the breakfast attendants Wanda, Rachel, and Denise. My room was very clean and comfortable. The location of this hotel is in a good place off of the highway without much road noise. 100% worth the money for a stay there. I look forward to my next stay with you guys!

The hotel was ideally located from the airport. We were on our way to Myrtle Beach and wanted a hotel close to the route we were taking. The property is a good choice as Hampton Inns are comfortable and clean.
