Pros:

Ein sehr schönes und gut geführtes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber, das Bad großzügig. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und professionell.

Todo muy bien, los servicios y amenities
Pros:

Bien la ubicacion, tenes supermercados y comercios cerca, la habitación tiene una mini heladerita pero no tiene pava electrica, sin embargo tenes cafe y agua caliente disponible las 24hs en la entrada del hotel. El desayuno cumple , tiene lo basico y necesario.
El estacionamiento es gratuito en la propiedad, fundamental tener auto.

Pros:

Great location and price.

Cons:

Our room had a very hard bed that wasn't particularly comfortable. Much worse was the shower was leaking under the wall and into the room, soaking the carpet.

I would stay here again!
Pros:

Clean, nice staff, comfy rooms! Easy enough drive to Riverside (we came for a show at the Morton)

Cons:

What I didn’t like was my own fault - I made myself sick from Whataburger (REALLY close by) the night before my stay, so I didn’t get to try the breakfast. Lol

Helpful and friendly staff (especially Justin), good breakfast, and good location

Cons:

The cost as I think prices increased due to World Cup games being played in Kansas City (Arrowhead Stadium)

Expensive and small, but holds up to the Hampton Inn standard in every other category..
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

Cons:

The room was very tight, (so far the smallest of any hotels we stayed going across the country). This hotel was by far the most expensive too!

Unbelievable staff
Pros:

Ive been to alot of hotels and I gotta say the staff, from the front desk to maintenance to literally every housekeeper and I mean every housekeeper were above and beyond...everyone did their part, which far exceeded any expectation..I will not stay in any other hotel if im anywhere close to this area...top notch

Cons:

Nit picking here, but It would have been nice to have a couple dairy creamers for morning breakfast and maybe a non dairy milk option

My room was close to the lobby and the breakfast 🥞 was really set up nicely. Wonderful staff there.

Cons:

I had stayed there before back in November and the room I was in the bed was uncomfortable. I did let the manager on duty aware.

Uncomfortable bed and sheets, toilet kept running,had to jiggle handle. Continental breakfast wasn’t much, rubber eggs and paper thin bacon.

Liked the bed bathroom pool hot tub and breakfast and nice employees

Cons:

Our sofa bed had dirty sheets with crumbs on it so went front desk tell them and we had make the bed ourselves and they didn't get crumbs from floor by sofa bed
