Pros:

Liked the bed bathroom pool hot tub and breakfast and nice employees

Cons:

Our sofa bed had dirty sheets with crumbs on it so went front desk tell them and we had make the bed ourselves and they didn't get crumbs from floor by sofa bed

It was an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast provided each morning was great.

The mattress was too hard. Awakened the next morning with my back hurting. Did sleep well at all.

Cons:

Computers were down, apparently all night. Staff pivoted well but it seems like Hampton Inn could have a back up plan. Key cards could not be issued so the singular person at front desk had to let all guests in our room(s) and in again if left the room. I had a dog with me so I did go in and out more than once.

I’ll definitely book again the next time I’m in Blue Springs!
Pros:

•Location was perfect. Easy drive in from MCI, plenty of parking, close to stores and plenty of restaurants.
•I stayed 3 nights. I happened to be solo for part of this trip, and felt completely safe. Room was clean. Had what you’d need. It was quiet. Yeah, you hear footsteps every now and again, and the occasional hallway conversation if it’s directly outside your door, but it’s nothing outrageous. I typically don’t sleep well in hotels and I knocked out all three nights. Bed was very comfortable.
•Staff was very friendly. The crew that was on this weekend seemed like a great team.
•Breakfast options were perfectly fine! They had plenty of things to choose from: yogurt, oatmeal, and fruit, cereal and waffles (with the fixings), eggs, sausage patties, and diced potatoes which were rotated out with fresh batches. The scrambled eggs were a bit weird, but only because they were batch cooked and diced up.. tasted perfectly fine! There was always coffee available (even decaf) and it never tasted bad.
•There are mini fridges in the rooms, and a closet with plenty of hangers.

It was decent
Pros:

Location was great and the pillows were fabulous

Cons:

The walls are paper thin we had kids on one side of us and heard them late at night and the last morning we were there it sounded like there was a jungle gym above us . The water pressure was low .

Comfortable, but loud.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. We arrived late at night on a night they were sold out. Room was fine and comfortable. We were mostly happy to have a place to sleep after a long day of driving. Great location right off interstate

Cons:

It was a busy night and we heard doors slamming at odd hours. Hallway noises were very loud in the room. We could hear a dog barking at about 2am. While I know the hotel can’t do much for a barking dog, the walls and doors were thin. They could at least install soft close hinges on the doors too because every time a room’s door closed, it was a loud slam. Was woken up several times throughout the night. Also housekeeping started before 8 and we could easily hear them knocking on neighboring doors.

Wonderful!
Pros:

I am so happy to have found, Hampton Inn's. Pleasant, clean, exceptional staff, great breakfast and right off the hiway. Blue Springs was very nice!
