Hôtel bien situé et personnel adorable. Je recommande.
Pros:

La grande gentillesse du personnel et sa réactivité.
Le très bon et copieux petit déjeuner (emporté le premier jour et pris sur place le second).
L’emplacement de l’hôtel pour la visite du centre-ville.
La possibilité de se garer facilement et gratuitement juste devant l’hôtel.
La propreté de la chambre.
La très bonne pâtisserie située juste en face et les supérettes à proximité.

Cons:

Le bruit de la rue qu’on entendait malgré les fenêtres fermées mais l’hôtel n’y peut rien.

Dowtown Shkoeder is NOT Shkoder lake!!!

Next to the pedestrian area of Shkoder

Cons:

It is not a criticism of the hotel itself which was great but downtown Shkoder and Shkoeder lake are 10 kilometers apart!
If you want the city vibe,aim for downtown Shkoeder.
If you are looking for quiet , greenery and a splash into the lake, book a location by the lake like a resort .

Excellent location, close to the city centre, a parking space, nice personnel, a good breakfast, a clean and spacious enough room, everything ok.

Cons:

A little bit noisy in the evening, but it was quiet during nighttime and it were customers making the noise, so it's not the hotel's fault..

Pros:

Personnel très serviable, présent et accueillant. Nous avions une excursion qui débutait tôt le matin, nous avons eu un copieux lunch packet pour le déjeuner. Proche du centre et de beaucoup de commodités.

La relación calidad/precio buena. La ubicación, en una carretera principal a unos 10minutos caminando del centro de la ciudad. El personal fue muy amable. Había parking gratis reservado para los clientes del hotel. La habitación tenía lo necesario para pasar unos días.
