Roami at Motorworks

No housekeeping on hand very inconvenient. They leave things ppl don’t need the most of downstairs but not what you really need like hand towels and face towels sheets are pillowcase .

Lack of workers

The apartment was not clean. There were ants in every room of the apartment (that bit); The floors were not mopped; The fridge had crumbs in it; there was a bed sheet on the balcony couch; there was dust on the kitchenware on counter; the bathroom had mold in shower; there were staid on the walls; and hair in one of the beds. The location was great but Google shows it comes with parking and we ended up having to pay to park a block away in an unaffiliated garage.

Cleanliness, Aircon stopped working every day

No habian sabanas ni blanckets para el sillon cama. A pesar de insistir muchas veces con el personal para que las enviaran, no lo hicieron.

I didn’t get the property I booked. I ordered a 3 bed apartment that slept 10.
I received 2 separate apartments, both of which were filthy. One member only stayed one night due to the disgusting sofa bed.
There was food smears, broken items, 2 forks for 6 people and we had to wash the
glasses TWICE before we could even use them.
If it wasn’t New Years Eve we would’ve found alternative accommodation than stay here.
I can only add 4 photos but I have about 20 that I sent them.

Unfortunately we felt the area wasn’t very safe, the entrance keypad was torn off of the wall and we experienced an unpleasant interaction. However that is the quirks of staying in a big city and we felt safe inside the actual apartment and the staff were quick to fix.

We weren’t sent our check-in codes for when we arrived (due to the check-in procedure being sent whilst we were travelling and without signal) which, after a 10 hour flight, wasn’t ideal and ultimately very stressful to sort out in the dark on the street. This could be rectified by sending the procedure sooner.

They had a station for us to acquire more consumables like coffee, towels, cleaning stuff etc. unfortunately this wasn’t replenished at all in the 7 nights we stayed - a really good idea, poorly executed.

We were on the ground floor and the blinds just aren’t acceptable for achieving any kind of privacy from the street. The window was broken and wouldn’t shut, which could be a security issue. The WiFi was poor.

Honestly beaten up and dirty. Very sad. Had to move properties. Roami completely accommodated us with a super nice property!!

We came to business trip with colleagues and Wifi simply didn't work at all. For any calls to support they asked to reboot router but it didn't help. It's critically impacted our experience in negative way.

The cleanest and the maintenance up keep.
