I wouldn't stay there again.
Pros:

The location and breakfast were nice.

Cons:

No fitness room (under construction), the pool was very cold and water so cloudy and I found that the housekeeping staff needs to pay attention to detail as when I showered there was no body wash or shampoo, the bottles were completely empty.

Very nice, but booking it was a real hassle!!!
Pros:

Location, staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

It was almost impossible to contact hotel!!! 🥵
The internet listed 3 different phone numbers and it would NOT let me talk directly to hotel!! The 3rd time some person said they would transfer me, only to be placed on hold for 28 minutes, I hung up!!!!

Should do better
Pros:

Location and the room was nice

Cons:

Was there from Thursday - Sunday . Housekeeping came once at 5:30 on Saturday and emptied trash and brought towels - never made the bed ever. Sign up that housekeeping comes every other day - seriously? Housekeeping daily she be included in the rate. Provide only two towels in a room designed for 2 people and those are to last 2 1/2 days. Substandard. Elevator was seriously sketchy and scary.

Elevator not near stairwell and stairwells not easily marked. Hot tub not very hot.

Pros:

I chose the Hampton Inn because it was close to the family I was there to visit. I like the ease of check in and having an exterior door close to our first floor room. The funniest thing was having my first name appear as a sort of screen saver on the TV in our room.

Cons:

We had a handicapped room and the toilet was pretty low. The beds were okay, but I'd have preferred one a bit softer. I didn't like having to go to the lobby area to use a microwave.
And it would have been nice if there had been another way out of their parking lot because Eastman road is very busy.

Loved it here in fact changed hotels and booked here for future tournaments
Pros:

Very clean - beds were comfy - rooms were modern and comfortable. Pool amenities were nice - we were in town for a softball tournament and the parents visited and lounged in the patio area outside of the pool - wish there was shade or a canopy for out there - got really hot but the sun was nice too!

I would stay there again, but get a room with 2 beds. Very clean hotel and the breakfast was great.

Stay safe as ok for one night
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. They are remodeling and trying to make an older hotel nice again. We enjoyed the hot tub

Cons:

The toilet in the room seems a bit low. Recovering from knee surgery it was a little difficult getting that low and back up. You may consider a handicapped room. Breakfast was average but the coffee was not good!!

Good room but pool and spa were desperately lacking.
Pros:

Great room; clean and very comfortable with good amenities.

Cons:

I was told there was a working hot tub but found that the water was no where near hot. There was no temperature control to adjust it and most of the jets were not working in the hot tub itself. Disappointing!
