It was not worth the money

Good room but pool and spa were desperately lacking.
Pros:

Great room; clean and very comfortable with good amenities.

Cons:

I was told there was a working hot tub but found that the water was no where near hot. There was no temperature control to adjust it and most of the jets were not working in the hot tub itself. Disappointing!

Good clean room, good food for breakfast, nice pool, were reasons I’d give this older and tired hotel a pretty good scor
Pros:

It’s near a mall and lots of restaurants.

Cons:

Their hot tub was a strange color. None of us got sick when we got back home so that was good. Unfortunately, as my family was cleaning up our before checking out, my grandkids found marijiana products under the bed. It was missed by the staff. I did report it to the manager. Hopefully, that was a rare event.

Comfortable and inviting room with several amenities.
Pros:

Modern decor, very nice rooms. Big, comfortable bed. Lots of towels. Welcome message on television in room as soon as I walked in.

Cons:

Price could have been a bit lower. Not way over priced but given the obvious lack of customers, price could have been lower.

NIce hotel, exceptionally kind and friendly staff and convenieintly located. Will stay there again.
Cons:

Would be nice to have some bread other than white for diabetics, ie. rye whole wheat, etc. Appreciated the microwave as the food was pretty cold.

Pros:

Breakfast spread was exceptional! Personal welcome on TV was nice touch. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

The cabinet that held the refrigerator vibrated badly when I walked across the floor and sounded like a bang every time I took a step. I think a simple stick-on cushion will do the trick!

Pros:

Clean and comfortable room

Cons:

Hot tub not working.
No linen or towel service provided. Went down to front desk to get clean towels and front person seemed grumpy about providing it and said that they only provide linen service every other day nowhere was that advertised.

Pros:

Good breakfast selection. Hot showers.

Cons:

Pool was cold, beds were uncomfortable. Hot tub wasn’t working although they did offer refund before checking in.

Pros:

Room was nice as well as the bathroom set up. Breakfast good.

Cons:

Only negative was the curtain/drape. The rod did not allow for full closure. Only thing we didn't like. Everything else great.

Very good variety of items available. Fresh & delicious! “Everything’s better with bacon!”

Cons:

Great pillows! Bed could have been a bit softer. (Just my personal preference.) Very Comfy bedding!
