The most wonderful receptionist, truly a big help in everything!

The two receptionists Matilda and Cliana were absolutely amazing. They took good care of us and helped us out so much! They were really friendly and great with my kids. The hotel is lovely and really worth the stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel

Très bien accueilli.

Accueil agréable et professionnel, chambre très agréable confortable et propre.

Très peu d’espace autour du lit, néanmoins chambre propre et literie suffisamment confortable.
Petit-déjeuner : bien pour café, jus d’orange (pas pressé non plus mais normal à ce niveau de gamme !), laitages, assez bien œufs brouillés bacon. Déçus par les viennoiseries.

Im großen und ganzen ist das Hotel ok. Sehr sauber und nettes Personal. Ins Zentrum haben wir ca 30 min. Gebraucht. Viel Verkehr in Paris..

The check-in process was probably the most confusing I've ever experienced. I felt like I was in an Escape Room! Not the most friendly or accommodating hotel staff either. The beds were pretty firm, too.

Alors qu'Hôtel.com m'annonçait dans la réservation que j'aillais payer 1,88€ de taxe de séjour, l'hôtel m'a fait payer 4,88% de taxe de séjour !! Par ailleurs, j'ai une facture de ma nuit d'hôtel avec un montant différent que ce que j'ai payé. Montant moins élevé sur la facture... je suis désormais très méfiant quant à réserver via hôtel.com

Suite aux nombreux changements, plusieurs choses font que nous reviendrons probablement pas, cela faisais déjà une dizaine de voyage chez vous, seulement depuis deux voyages déjà, le vigile a l entrée se trouvais très insistant sur le fait que l hôtel était complet alors que nous avions une réservation, se voyant obligé de regarder par dessus mon épaule lorsque je finalisais le paiement sur la borne, ect, la propreté des chambres semble de plus en plus à désirer. Dommage l hotel avais de beaux jours devant lui. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment exceptionnel ce qui nous as fait revenir …

New facilities and very good service, very good choice

Property is very remote with no immediate public transportation, have to spend lots for Uber, more transport time .

But had breakfast included in price. No restaurant or eatery around.

We were here as a cheaper option but it gets expensive when you add above costs.
