VERY BAD WOULD USE SWEARS IF I COULD
Pros:

We got put in a renovation area and we couldn't even breath because of the sawdust, bad people would not let us change rooms, and workers can just walk into your room. NEVER COME HERE!!

Pros:

breakfast was good. The room was good. It was quiet, but then again we were on the top floor.

Cons:

The carpeting in the halls and entry way was old, ugly, and dirty. thankfully the room was not. But first impressions should be good and it wasnt.

Convenient and Comfortable - I will be back.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. I don't need a fully cooked breakfast, and what was on offer was exactly what I needed. I have stayed here before and will probably stay here again.

Pros:

As with many Hamptons, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Overall, the facility is older than some other Hamptons we've stayed in. The rooms are a little smaller. There were two things in the building that were not working- the water dispenser in the exercise room and the whirlpool jets at about 50%.

Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at this hotel. It was extremely clean, the room was comfortable and well stocked. There was a 24 hour coffee bar and the breakfast was terrific. I would stay here again.

The place was quiet and close to everything but problems as noted above.

Cons:

The front desk staff were mostly friendly but one guy was not. Went down to breakfast one morning and no one was there. The kitchen person did not show up. One elevator never worked. They only had one luggage cart and we checked out at 5 am and the cart wasn’t there. The clerk could not help us find it. Also asked for a receipt on checkout and was told the computer was down but my WiFi was working so I think he just couldn’t be bothered printing me one

Front desk staff was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Ended up having to go to the AmericanInn which ended up being much more helpful. This particular Hampton Inn I will make sure to steer clear of in the future. They did give me a refund, I will be contacting them though because I feel a free night at any one of their hotels is also not asking to much considering the trouble I went through.
