Very clean, modern and comfortable rooms. It was exactly what we had hoped it would be. The breakfast that was available to additional purchase was lovely and had a great spread of options. Would stay here again.
This is a well appointed hotel. Bed and pillows perfect, good shower. The room had no amenities - you need to ask for what you want but it’s delivered promptly without problems.

Very hard to find parking and had to pay $20/day on property parking
Positives: All of the hotel employees were exceedingly polite, good parking (including a charger for EVs), near downtown (including a supermarket), spacious rooms, comfortable bed, good restaurant.
Negatives: Really slow internet, "refrigerator" is useless, no secondary locking on the doors from the inside, room temperature has limited control, rainfall showerhead was clogged, housekeeping didn't service my room after the first night (a Thursday), many hard surfaces in the hallways mean the noise from other guests echoes, and heavy traffic from adjacent street can't be completely silenced.
I stayed at this hotel while in town for Rally Croatia and it was well positioned for the stages around Karlovac. Unfortunately, it was just too hot in my room, even with the thermostat at minimum, so I didn't sleep any of the three nights. Opening a window just lets in all of the noise from the heavy street traffic.
I tested the internet on a Wednesday at 1500 with the hotel completely empty and got 1.94 Mbps down/1.66 Mbps up. I retested it Thursday at 2200 and got 14.3 Mbps down/12.2 Mbps up, so it appears that surrounding businesses are consuming shared bandwidth.
The refrigerator is actually just a chiller, so nothing actually gets cold. Upside: it's silent.
This was my third time staying at this exceptional hotel. This is the best place to stay in Karlovac! The rooms are modern and fully equipped, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the food is excellent - including the breakfast buffet! Highly recommended!

Veldig rikholdig frokost med varm og kald mat. Restaurant og bar på hotellet.
5-6 minutter å gå inn til sentrum og gamlebyen.

It was an updated property across the river from central Karlovac and was great for parking since the entrance to the hotel is not the street front, but around the back tucked away, where parking spots are present
Excellent new hotel with many luxury touches! Very friendly staff, spacious modern rooms, nice balcony/terrace, beautiful walk in shower with rain shower head. Very comfortable bed. Mini fridge (unstocked) and safe in room. The on site restaurant is delicious, good portions, and with gourmet sides and really nice, sleek presentation. Service at restaurant was excellent. Buffet breakfast was also delicious and plentiful! Highly recommended!
Lovely new hotel - great staff, comfortable room and easy parking. Restaurant is excellent.
Only downside was some early morning construction/garbage pickup that awoke us around 6 am.
