Nice vibe. Good clean room. Excellent bed. Quiet area. Good nights sleep!
Pros:

Stayed for two nights and slept so well. Very comfy bed. Room was good for me and had just the right amount of space for a short visit. The area is vibrant - I had a meal at The Smith around the corner and at The Odeon (JFK mini series).

I love this place!
Pros:

Had an incredible stay at the Moxy in the East Village. The vibe is unmatched. The rooms are so cool, super clean, and the pillows so soft. Staff was so great, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay seamless and easy.

The bar/lounge was such a vibe, with great music, art food and drinks. Perfect location for exploring downtown, with great food, nightlife, and culture right outside the door.

Would absolutely stay here again. 10 out of 10. I'll be back!

Outstanding front desk service
Pros:

I had such a wonderful experience checking in, thanks to the front desk staff Diara. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel comfortable right away. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and accommodating. It truly set the tone for my stay. Thank you for such exceptional service.

Pleasant comfortable and friendly
Pros:

Good price for what the room came with and nice bar and restaurante clean and very friendly staff. Great vibes and atmosphere

Cons:

TV remote wasn't connecting the past to the television when wanted to change channels or up, the volume

Pros:

The location was good to explore Greenwich, West village up to walk the high line. 3 blocks away from Union square

Cons:

The room was not ready at 4pm (staff offered another room but the room was on a lower floor and would have been noisier with street noise). The fan was making a very loud noise so we had to turn it off. Maintenance personnel changed the filter but there was still some noise (it seems to be a lack of maintenance)
And the elevator was squeaking and also making noise and the room door was not soundproofed

Easter weekend stay
Pros:

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Moxy East Village and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The hotel offers a beautiful atmosphere, a vibrant lounge, and an excellent location that made my visit even more enjoyable.

My room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed in particular provided a great night’s rest. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that both my guests and I had everything we needed throughout our stay.

I would like to especially recognize Siarra, Brianya, and Oshyn for their exceptional service. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and welcoming attitude truly made a lasting impression.

I had a seamless experience with no issues at all, and I would gladly return in the future. Thanks to the outstanding hospitality provided by the team.

Great Experience
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely give this hotel five stars. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better for getting around easily. What really stood out was the staff, specifically Siarra, Brianya, and Oshyn. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. I would definitely come back again!

We had a great time in NYC staring at the Moxy. Perfect location, staff was lovely and very helpful!
