Fun hotel, great location, and staff who go above and beyond!
Pros:

Moxy NYC East Side is a fun hotel in a good location but what really sets it apart is the staff. I had a booking mix-up (my fault!) and Angely Batista went above and beyond to fix it. She worked with me quickly and efficiently to make sure everything was resolved before check-in. The property is a great value for NYC, with service that's a real perk. I highly recommend!

Pros:

Konumu oldukça güzel. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Otel ve odalar keyifli dekore edilmiş. Lavabonun banyo dışında olması tek olumsuzluktu diyebilirim ama tek kişi olduğum için beni çok etkilemedi.

Great location. Hip place to stay but too small. For four people.
Pros:

The location was convenient. I like the 12 PM check out.

Cons:

We had a four bunkbed room. TV didn't work. The outlets didn't work. We were only provided two towels so we had to request more. There was nothing to sit on at all. That was very odd. The room is long and skinny. It would've been helpful to have a bench attached to the wall across from the bunkbeds that folded up. It was just too tight for three people.

Nice stay
Pros:

We stayed in a spacious three-bedroom unit that comfortably accommodated our group. The only minor inconvenience was that the master bed could only be accessed from one side, but it wasn’t a significant issue.

We visited during a very hot weekend, and the staff went above and beyond by leaving a cooler stocked with complimentary bottled water in the lobby. It was a thoughtful gesture that was greatly appreciated.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.

Clean hotel in a great location and great value.
Pros:

Great location. The vibe is super fun and it’s a good value for 2 separate beds in NYC. We were moving my son in to his apartment and the hotel let us ship Amazon boxes ahead of time which they stored for us.

Cons:

Everything worked out great.

Excellent stay at the Moxy on 11th
Pros:

Bri greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome and was great at checking us in. Offered us some water as it was crazy hot outside. After a long coast to coast travel day, was nice to be so pleasantly welcomed. We’ll be back to this facility!

Super recommend loved the service workers very attentive

We had an amazing stay at Moxy East Village! From the moment we arrived, Luis and Carmen at the front desk made us feel right at home. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their outstanding customer service truly made our stay special.

A huge thank you as well to Cata, who took amazing care of us at the bar. She was friendly, attentive, and provided exceptional service every time we stopped by. She made the experience even more enjoyable.

The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend Moxy East Village to anyone visiting New York, whether you’re here for business or vacation. The hospitality here is second to none, and we’ll definitely be back!

Hôtel proche de beaucoup de point important à NY.
L’hôtel est beau, propre, et surtout tres confortable.

Cons:

Le prix des nuits était très élevé. Peut être en lien avec la coupe du monde ? Donc forcément un peu déçu.
