My experience overall was good
Pros:

The hotel entrance was conveniently located. Staff was excellent

Cons:

I requested a handicap room for the entry and the shower. The sink was leaking on the vanity. I had to place a towel to prevent spilling water onto the floor

Pros:

I loved that it was right on Broadway so we could just walk right out and take the kids to the fireworks, shows and all the shops.

Cons:

The price was just as high as the suits that I've stayed in beach front. It took us an hour to drive around and find somewhere to park to take the kids to the beach. We should have just stayed beachfront. We didn't because we were hoping it would save us a little money to get a hotel that was back a bit from the beach

The stay was sub-par at best. The locations is convenient. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again

Pros:

Check-in was phenomenal. If I needed anything, there was a prompt response. Staff was beyond courteous, professional.

We absolutely enjoyed the breakfast, pools, location, and safety of the hotel.

Definitely 10 out of 10 rating.

Cons:

Dogs in the area where the breakfast was. I am just not a pet, animal person.
