Clean & no issues at all, easy check in with friendly staff! Staff provided good information on eateries and things to do in Myrtle Beach.
Nothing.
Everything was filthy dirty. When I asked to have the room cleaned thoroughly after my first night (especially the TV - looked like someone used both hands to smear mayonnaise across the screen, and the bathtub had a hatch of live baby cockroaches in it) was told it would be taken care of. It was not. I also specifically spoke with the hotel twice, the day I booked and upon arrival, to be certain I had a handicapped accessible room. The clerk who checked me in at 11 pm, lied right to my face and said it was. It was not. I cannot physically step into a tub shower and there were no grab bars.
Clean and staff was professional and friendly.
The website never mentioned a $100 deposit, so that threw me off a bit. But that’s my only complaint.
The location was good. The price of room was very good. It was a quiet hotel.
The hotel was lil run down needs updating. Most of front desk staff were lazy and not much of assistance didn’t want to get of chair they were sitting on to help. I saw the lady who worked morning shift sleeping and snoring in the lobby area .
Amazing Staff, Clean Rooms, Very personable to our every need. Upon check in to check out they were great and very attentive.
I liked something but it’s always need improvement. Breakfast and preview informations. For example, the final price and kind of payment. And more flexibility to change our payment mode.
I didn’t like the payment mode because I wanted to pay without tax and it’s not possible. By the way, I have a wallet credit with booking.com and if I pay with this credit I didn’t take out the tax and needed to pay before check-in.
