Posizione splendida in riva al mare con parco. Staff gentilissimo. Camere spaziose e pulite. Comoda anche per raggiungere l'areoporto di Fiumicino.

Lovely location to eat, swim and relax, with good food
Pros:

Good size rooms, lovely restaurant (we ate outside overlooking the sea) and friendly staff. Facilities - private, man-made beach and sea water pool - were great to have. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Cost of using sunbeds and umbrellas was extra, charged per item, and seemed excessive. Given the cost of the hotel rooms, this should be free or reduced for guests. WiFi was poor.

Ich würde wiederkommen, wenn ich ein anderes Zimmer bekäm.
Pros:

Das immer freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, der Strand der Service am Strand von den jungen Mitarbeitern, das sehr gute Frühstück, das leckere Essen, es war alles sehr sauber ! Die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse waren waren toll. Die Getränke dazu waren auch lecker. Wer wollte, konnte auf der Terrasse auch abends essen. Viele haben davon Gebrauch gemacht.

Cons:

Ohne Auto ist man total abhängig vom Hotel und da sind die Preise hoch. Anderswo kann man günstiger und leckerer essen. Mir wurde für die Benutzung des Strandes und der Liege Geld berechnet, was in der Beschreibung von Booking kostenlos angegeben war. Trotz Einwand an der Rezeption blieb es dabei. Mein Zimmer Nr. 312 lag direkt neben einer großen Lagerhalle und war sehr laut. Dieses Zimmer war schön eingerichtete, hatte aber ein altes Bad. Die Duschtür ist mir zweimal entgegen gekommen. Sie wurde nach dem 1. Vorfall sofort am nächsten Tag repariert, hat aber nur zwei Tage gehalten. In dem Zimmer Urlaub zu verbringen ist nicht spaßig.

Pros:

La struttura è datata, sembra più un ospedale che un albergo, ma la mia camera era spaziosa e dotata di tui comfort. Buono il ristorante.

Cons:

La finestra della mia camera dava su un cortiletto interno molto triste.

Che gran peccato.
Pros:

La fortuna di questo hotel è la posizione. La "piscina" artificiale al di sotto della struttura e i vari blocchi creano una piccolo e tranquillo lido dove si riesce a riposare e rilassarsi a lungo.

Cons:

Purtroppo tutto il resto alla posizione , cioè camera, colazione , servizio, ambienti, bar e ristorante sono completamente da rivedere.
Le camere assomigliano a stanze di ospedale. La struttura (almeno nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato) era in piena ristrutturazione con lavori lasciati in sospeso per la stagione evidentemente, che peró hanno reso la situazione degradante.
Lo staff impreparato, spero sia stato un deficit tecnico e non una mancanza personale.
Abbiamo richiesto servizi come ad esempio grucce/ghiaccio e ci sono stati o negati completamente con giustificativo di una mancanza o non erano a disposizione.
La colazione oltre a veri problemi tecnici con raffreddamento delle bevande (latte e yogurt lasciati all'aria, acque solo a temperatura ambiente/calda) noiseire riciclati dal giorno prima e uova stracotte allo zolfo.è la prima volta che pur avendo la colazione inclusa,non usufruiamo del servizio.
Infine il povero bartender che domenica alle 16.00 si ritrova senza aperol/menta e aranciate (e non perchè ci fosse troppa gente,anzi.)

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr sparsam. Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt und für die neuen Gäste vorbereitet. Das haben wir dann selbst gemacht.

TERRAZZA SUL MARE, CENA, COLAZIONE, LETTINI E OMBRELLONE. CAMERA FRESCA CON BELLA VISTA

LA COSA PIù ASSURA E' CHE L'ACCESSO AL MARE CHIUDE ALLE 19. QUESTO VUOL DIRE CHE NON CI STA NESSUN MODO PER ACCEDERE AL MARE. TUTTI I CANCELLI CHIUSI E NON SCAVALCABILI. QUINDI IN PIENA ESTATE CON UN CALDO TREMENDO ALLE 19 SE VUOI FARTI UN BAGNO DEVI PRENDERE LA MACCHINA ED USCIRE DALLA STRUTTURA.
Ci sono dei lavori in corso che credo peggioreranno il fascino del posto rendendolo un ennessino hotel di lusso senza particolare classe.
La posizione rimarrà comunque fantastica.
