Bad timing for us
Pros:

The breakfast was great

Cons:

We weren’t checked in when we arrived. We weren’t updated when the systems came back up sometime after 8pm. There needs to be a better system in place for internet outages our whatever the problem was. The whole lobby was filled with angry people and it was the worst experience we had in our road trip. Also, my husband came downstairs to buy water bottles (charge them to the room) and the staff was extremely impatient and rude, telling him he needed to WAIT when they were not busy helping anybody. They should have stopped whatever they were doing to take our money for the water. This isnt a customer entitlement situation, this is just plain poor customer service.

A great night's stay
Pros:

They say first impressions set the tone. That being said, the greeting when I walked in was both warm and cheerful which set the tone for the rest of my stay. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel and would gladly stay again when in the area.

It was an excellent experience.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly, the room was nice, and the price was decent. I enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Cons:

The only complaint I had was not the fault of the motel but the construction on the street was somewhat inconvenient.

Pros:

This Inn was great. Every thing was clean. The ladies at check-in were hospitable. The breakfast was good, the standard warmed up breakfast, with make your own waffle. We were there for one night.
