This is not your typical Hampton Inn. The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were flat and oks (they were yellow.). Very disappointed.
I did not get to stay in the hotel. I arrived to check in but systems were down all day and yet Vooking.com allowed me to make the reservation. They could not check me in so I was forced to get another hotel room elsewhere.
Booking.com allowing me to make this reservation when Hampton Inn could not check customers in. No notice just a waste of time.
Chose to stay here versus Memphis. Convenient highway access to go to Shiloh National Battlefield. Good food selection for breakfast. Friendly staff Clean room. Comfortable bed. Mexican restaurant within walking distance for a dinner option. Would stay here again.
Do yourself a favor and request a room at another hotel. They don’t care about maintenance or housekeeping; their sole concern is to collect your money. This is a Motel 6, not a Hilton. I’ve already sent emails to corporate and the location, but I haven’t received any response yet. I’ll continue to pursue this matter until I get my money back.
I don’t even know where to start. I checked in online and had a digital key ready, but when I arrived at the hotel, I found that our rooms had been changed without any notice or explanation.
One of the rooms had a strong, rotten smell, so I had to request a room change. The other room had issues like the sink drained extremely slowly, there was bunch of hairs on the floor, and the air conditioning made a very loud noise throughout the stay. The hallway was also wet, with a fan running, which made the whole experience feel poorly maintained.
This was probably the worst Hampton Inn experience I have ever had. I expected a much better standard of cleanliness and service.

The breakfast was good. But could have had more options.
The power went out and we left a day early. The bed was not comfortable.
The bed was okay and the shower was clean.
This was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever seen! From the entrance, the lobby, the hall carpeting and elevator, all were filthy!!!

The air condition A/C was difficult to turn on and off.
The staff was very friendly and werr able to let us check in earlier than expected arrival time
The pool was closed for maintenance and nothing was listed about that prior to arrival. Also, the room was nice but found some hairs on a towel and in the shower.
Also, to no fault of the hotel, but there is a restaurant right beside the hotel that attracts a lot of motorcycles that like to rev the engines up through the night.
