Staff was nice
Lobby carpet Extremely dirty. My first room had hair in the tub and when I asked housekeeping to clean it all she did was roll it was like it was lint. No disinfectant or anything. Sink was dripping in my first room so I had to be moved. It was a huge roach in the hallway as well. I have video of everything except the sink dripping because I hurry and ran to the front desk

Sinks were backed up and the floors are dirty. The sink in the bathroom backed up and the pipe up the sink started linking all night long, then the beds are hard and I got up use the bathroom in the night, and slipped and fell from the linking pipe under the bathroom, then roaches started coming up through the water in the sink and that is just nasty.

Needs a good cleaning! Carpet, doors, walls, etc all need deep cleaning. Outside parking area also filthy. Did not feel safe. No one at desk when I arrive or when I checked out.

A bit expensive for the look and feel of the rooms. The staff was rather curt and did not explain details of the charges when asked. All in all it was O.K., but not a location that I would select in which to return.
Better general service by staff with more details and explanations. An acknowledgement that your business was appreciated, etc.
The hotel is run down and needs a deep clean. The mattress in the king room that we stayed in was horrible. We traveled for a ballgame trip. We were gone most of the day. We came back to a room that still had our trash from the night before, no clean towels and had not been serviced. My husband had stayed in a Hampton downtown Memphis just a couple of weeks ago and was happy that the ball team would be at a Hampton. Well this one did not meet our expectations for a Hampton. Corporate needs to know!
Una experiencia frustrante que nos ha hecho replantearnos nuestra fidelidad a la marca. En otros road trips, los Hampton Inn siempre fueron garantía de buen servicio, pero en este viaje, tras dos malas experiencias, este hotel en Olive Branch fue el punto de quiebra.
Lo inaceptable:
1. Falta de limpieza: Al mover un poco los muebles, encontramos ropa vieja llena de polvo acumulado. Es evidente que no limpian a fondo entre estancias.
2. Ruido: Gente corriendo y hablando a gritos en los pasillos durante toda la noche sin que el personal interviniera.
3. El peor error de diseño: Lo más difícil de comprender es la iluminación exterior. Han instalado luces potentes que apuntan hacia arriba contra las paredes del edificio. Aunque las cortinas de la habitación bloquean la ventana, la luz se filtra por todo el borde con tal intensidad que parece que tienes un auto con las luces altas encendidas frente a tu habitación toda la noche.
Es increíble que el ingeniero o diseñador no haya considerado cómo esto arruina el descanso de los huéspedes. Si usted aprecia la oscuridad para dormir, manténgase muy alejado de este hotel. Este concepto de iluminación es tan molesto que evitaremos cualquier Hampton Inn en el futuro a menos que confirmemos que no usan este mismo diseño
The front desk clerk Jennifer was really nice and the dining room staff was wondering.
The room was okay but the shower was dirty. I had to clean the shower before taking a shower. There was hair and what looked like red soap and black mildew along the edges of the shower.
