Very comfortable hotel, plenty of free parking, friendly, helpful, attentive staff with desk service day and night, room and facilities had everything—fridge microwave, large room with couch as well as desk area, comfortable bed, tv. Older but updated facility, well run, everything clean. Breakfast was plentiful and wide variety of hot and other offerings. 24 good coffee. Convenient location. Quiet, safe area with nearby restaurants. Only thing they can improve on is keeping up with the little cosmetic dings and stains that come with age—but it looked like they were addressing tjose.

This is an ok site
Pros:

Proximity to where we traveled to Longwood Gardens

Cons:

Breakfast was not good.... The eggs where so watery and the potatoes soggy. At one point the waffle maker just stopped working. This really was my only disappointment.

have stayed on a few occasions and my stay has always been wonderful! thank you to the lovely staff
Cons:

would have loved a couple bottles of water offered on arrival especially in that the weather was very hot and humid.Coffee is always really good at the breakfast area ...not in the room. Hope to see you soon Thank you all!

I enjoyed it very much and would book this hotel again in the future.
Pros:

There was a variety of food for breakfast which was unexpected, in a good way. The rooms were clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk was friendly and helpful throughout our stay there.

Cons:

The wifi could have been better and the A/C made a squeaky noise which took a while to get used to.

Cons:

The door mirror in the bathroom...full view of a person sitting on the potty! No one needs that kind of view. The "rocket ship" toilet flushes...good idea, awful design. The "barn door "...doesn't shut tightly enough so you could here EVERY sound from the bathroom.
